Disappointed by their service. My washer was leaking, they came to unclog the line but did not do the job properly (did not go on the roof to clear the line all the way) so I had to call them back, the came back 1 week later and cleared it again (supposedly from the roof but I was not home at the time so not sure if they even did it) . 1 month later the sink is completely clogged. All the other plumbing companies I have used always cleared the pipes from the roof from the get go (clearing at the same time the sink and washer line), and it typically lasted 18 months. This one lasted 1 month and charges more money. I am disappointed because they are in my neighborhood and I was hoping to get a good relation with them. The lady on the phone is very nice and professional though and trying to help hence the two stars.

DO NOT USE!!! The owner came and attempted to do work but couldnt finish a shower knob job. Was late the first day and late the second day. The second day he was asked to take his dirty shoes off and refused saying " this house isnt clean enough to take shoes off in because you have dogs!" At that point he was not welcomed here. Cant believe he does business that way.

Their company truck cut in front of me this morning with no turn signals and no room. The owner of the company after I beeped at him rolled down his window and was cursing at me for something he did that was illegal. The owner of the company. If he does this on the road imagine what he would do in your home. Stay far away from this company.

Cam Drivers Suck

Apparently they fire employees who get angry when someone tailgates them. They will NOT get my business if they treat their employees that badly. Spreading the word as much as I can about this. All you morons who think its OK to tailgate should stay off the road. You CANT be brake-checked unless youre TAILGATING.
