They missed their appointment, then said cleaning my sewer line will damage their equipment because they were at my house in 2011 and said I have extensive root issue, all they pulled in 2011 was a root about 3" long and less than a 1/4" in diameter, they also forgot at that time they told me the the pipe is ready to collapse and need to replace ASAP, and suggested at that time I replace the whole line for around $12,000, but this time it is the equipments, how could a 2" steel snake be damaged by small roots in a pipe? they do that anyway when they snake any other pipe, Anyway, they refused to snake my pipe without sending a technician to give me another estimate on replacing the sewer line, Unprofessional and they use scare tacticts to sell you what you dont need. I would give them less than 1 star if I could.

Called them and they gave me an appointment window on Saturday between 4-9PM. They called around 7:00pm to tell me that they were not able to come and would need to reschedule for Sunday. This is after I already cancled dinner reservations to be at home during that time. Then on Sunday they called to tell me that they would not be able to make the appointment window and if I wanted them I would have to pay an after hour charge. I had no water to the house. When the guy finally showed up he wanted to charge me $936.00 for one hours worth of work. I told him no just to cap the broken pipe which cost me $363.00 and I will have my regular plumber do it who has quoted me $300.00. They will price gouge you every chance they can get.

Not only did they give us a highly inflated price estimate for a water heater, I had significant trouble actually getting someone to my house in the first place. The problem started Tuesday night, first off they couldnt get someone there Tuesday, no one came Wednesday (though there was a courtesy call about 2 hours after i expected them), and it took nearly 3 hours after they started working on Thursday to get someone to my house. I expected them at 10:15, and they got here at 11:00. Will NOT use this company in the future and plan on getting a much more reasonable deal with someone else.

STAY AWAY! These guys are crooks! They use phrases like "Code Red" and "Emergency" when talking with the home base to make you get emotional about the needs in your home, then they give you the expensive contract to sign. They do very poor work, I have proof in my own home. I had to have to technicians come out to my house just to install a new dishwasher correctly. PLEASE DONT TRUST THIS BUSINESS AT ALL THEY JSUT WANT YOUR MONEY!!!

Very dishonest and rude. Our air conditioner died and I picked Gillece from the phone book (my mistake). They came out and wanted to charge me $7,000.00 for a new air conditioner and then said that the furnace was going bad too and they would replace the whole thing for ONLY $10,000.00. I got a second opinion, and was told that the furnace was in great shape, and I could get a top-of-the-line air conditioner for $3,000.00.

Awful Awful Awful. Plumber was a no-show for a scheduled service call. Gave a FIVE hour window and never even received a phone call saying that he was going to miss the appointment. When I called customer service I was told to try and reschedule for later in the evening, but there was "no guarantee that hed be able to make it then, either." Nice work guys, way to earn your reputation.

I just moved into the area from out of state and I am ashamed to say that I let them take advantage of me....$1,700 to replace a dripping bathroom faucet and corresponding turn-off valves. A nice welcome to PA! I know it was my fault to agree to pay, but I feel obligated to warn others NOT to call them at all. I honestly dont know how they sleep at night.
