Couldnt be happier with Restano. We had a Carrier Infinity system installed into our 100 year old home that had no duct work. They tucked all the ducts into closets to get air to the first floor with the system in the attic. I assumed my attic would be unusable with ducts everywhere but the guys did a great job positioning everything so most of my attic space is wide open. The Infinity system is whisper quiet both indoor and the outdoor unit. You wouldnt even know the system was running inside if it werent for the temperature and humidity being so perfect and my neighbours outdoor unit 75 away is easily heard over mine when Im just 15 or so from it. Their price was on par with all the other quotes I received. All in all I highly recommend them.

Last August, we had Restanos install new air conditioning and we were very pleased at the service and equipment. Then this past Saturday, (Memorial day weekend ), came home to the AC not working. Called the 24 hour service number and actually got help pretty quickly. Mike, the boss, actually was the one to come. Turned out if was a problem with the furnace, not the AC. Mike couldnt give me an estimate. Tuesday the service guy showed up, unannounced, fixed it, and handed my husband a bill for an amount we never expected! NO CALL WITH AN ESTIMATED, NO CONVERSATION ABOUT THE COST, JUST A BILL. What were we to do after the work was done, have them take it out??? Would a phone call be too much to ask?

Restano did a great job of retrofitting my 100+ year old house with Air Conditioning. They were recommended by a friend who had used their services for their own HVAC install. We had a number of challenges and Mike worked with me to figure out a plan that would work well for my situation in spite the lack of any existing duct work. We are enjoying a much more comfortable home this summer. The installers were easy to work with and were considerate of our space. They did their best to complete the job with minimal disturbances and mess. Im very happy with the newly installed system and would work with Restano again for any additional HVAC work.

On May 15 I called for service. No appointments available till may 26. Rep came had to order a part, but asking me questions about the part like I was the expert. He stated hell order a generic part and call when it gets in. Three weeks go by, I called the office.. "oh yea the part came in" "we"re very busy with 911 calls so Im sorry". I scheduled time off work, the rep came and wasnt equipped with the right tool to install the part! A ladder! The flute cap is on the roof why wouldnt you have a ladder! He stated let me go get a ladder, Ill be back. That was 3 weeks ago!!!!!!!!! No one from restsno has contacted me to reschedule, apologize!

Well after waiting 3 1/2 weeks for service on our AC they finally "fixed" it on Tuesday. Today it is not working again. We have had this unit a few years, have a full 10 year parts and labor and warranty. When we called today they want $99 to do a service call during the weekend. It has been a month trying to get this repaired correctly, and now you want to charge to come because you were incompetent when you came last week.... this was posted on facebook. Very disappointing! This is my cousin and she is probably one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Guess what... this post will be shared to my page and she has LOTS of friends.

While having your air conditioner break down in the middle of a heatwave isnt ideal, my experience with Restano certainly helped ease the pain. I was given honest explanations and recommendations regarding a new air conditioning unit (it was recommended that I actually downsize on my air conditioner, as my old unit was too big for my house), an extremely fair and competitive price, and a quick installation date (and on a Saturday so I wouldnt have to take off work!). Installation of the air conditioner was expertly done with little to no mess, and in only half a day. A great experience for sure, and definitely worthy of 5 stars.

Mike Restano and company have installed a number of replacement units for me over the years in rental properties, but the install in my home was perhaps the most impressive. The job was rather involved, removing an existing water based system and replacing with forced air in an old house. The job went well, was on schedule, and minimally invasive to our lives during the project. In the end we have a modern system, finally have AC, and the job was done professionally and at a competitive price. Mike and his crew were very professional, and the install itself looks very top notch.

Had a very good experience working with Restano. Got a quote on three units and all three prices beat my current heating and cooling "go-to" company (Beverly). Quote was on three Carrier A/C units (Comfort 13 & 14, and Performance 16), went with the Carrier Performance 16 A/C. The install went very smooth, Bill and Josh are both great to work with. Brain was great to work with on the quote and he hand delivered my custom cover! The A/C unit looks great and works even better. Thanks guys...great job! Having previously used Restano for the installation of my high efficiency furnace 4 years ago, and maintained both the furnace and my AC via their gold maintenance agreement, I had them install a new AC unit this year. Brian was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the Trane unit to match my furnace. My appoint was scheduled promptly and the installer was on time. He worked constantly, answered my questions and cleaned up his work area quite well. Yes, I would recommend this company for any of their advertised services.
