We had a great experience with an installation done by this company. Doug, the gentleman who came to do the installation, called because he was ahead of schedule and wanted to come early! How often does that happen - more often you hear that companies are behind schedule. When he arrived, he went right to work. He was pleasant, courteous, but went straight to it. He was conversational, but focused. He had to have someone help him and Floyd Robertson came out to help. Great sense of humor, all about the business. He was engaged, looking for what needed to be done, checking with Doug to see if he had done this or that. Really great experience. They were quick and professional. The installation was great and they didnt even mind my questions or my "homeowner" participation. They installed a microwave/wall oven for us. We would definitely reach out to them again.

When my hot water heater died I went to Home Depot and requested a consultation. Floyd responded almost instantly. He came out, updated me on new regulations (my heater was 13 years old) and gave me some options. Ultimately I went with a Rennai tankless water heater. After the rebate from the gas company, a tax break and a Rennai rebate it was only marginally more than replacing with a traditional heater. Its three years later and I couldnt be happier. I have NEVER run out of hot water - even with a wife and three daughters in the house). Floyd and his team know their stuff.

I called yesterday at 4:30 PM and Floyd had someone to my house at 10:00 AM today. Initially, Doug told me he would have to cut a hole in the wall to access the pipe and repair an outdoor spiggot. I told him to go ahead and do the repair. He left to get a part/tools. He came back 15 minutes later and told me that he had found a part that would mean NOT cutting the hole in the wall saving me lots of money and grief about repairing a wall. Next time and every time....Robertsons Plumbing. The best!

Ive just had THE BEST experience with Abby in the office ... Had a nightmare experience with a Sears warehouse delivery. Abby researched the situation, exchanged the item and has rearranged the installation - because SEARS certainly didnt do anything !! AND ANDY who installs couldnt be nicer. I HIGHLY recommend Floyd Robertson Plumbing and his crew!! GREAT customer service!!!!!! Thank YOU!

After a year in my new home, no one could explain or repair why my on demand hot water would (inexplicably & randomly) cut off.... Robertson Plumbing sent a man out who knew his business..... Hasnt cut off since. I highly recommend..... Honest & professional
