From the initial phone call requesting service to the final follow up after the work was completed, communication was excellent. I couldnt be on-site while the work was being performed. The initial call was to an operator around 9 am who took all the required info. The operator let me know someone would be out there by noon. I received a phone call from the operator about 11:30am someone was on the way. At noon I received a call from the service tech and described my problem in a bit more detail. After a short time the service tech called back with the cost and request for authorization to perform the work. Again great communication and no surprises. Received another call when work was completed. Meanwhile my wife found a coupon to apply to the bill which was applied during the final invoice. 6 month warranty for the service and a follow up email the next day... Will definitely consider to use them again!

The plumber who came out, Gary, was excellent, straight forward, and efficient. Will request him specifically in the future. It did take two days to get someone out, and there was an obvious breakdown in communication somewhere. No one called me to follow up or let me know when they would be coming. It took me making a call again on day one (where I was told they would be out next day), then I had to call around 2pm on day two because I had still not been contacted by anyone, finally it got assigned properly. That was pretty frustrating. They are also a little more expensive then some other people I called, but they did give me a little discount due to the delay, and lack of contact which was greatly appreciated.

Our kitchen sink including a Disposal unit was all clogged up on a Friday night. Even though we used a Draino type product that night, Saturday morning showed no improvement & continued to cause setbacks in being able to use our Disposal, double sinks & Dishwasher too. I called for service on your 800 line by 8:45am Saturday & your Technician arrived at 9:30 am to do the job. We were told it may take up to 2 hours for Ken J to arrive but he was there in great time & were so grateful. He was Neat, Clean & quick in his process & became our Hero for the weekend. Thank you for your fine service.

I came home early today to my husband complaining about no hot water. He went to work and I went down to light the pilot. Nothing. I called one place that wanted a fee just to come out. I called roto rooter , they had no charge to come and check. The tech, Kevin was amazing. He showed me the problem, gave us a fair price to replace the water heater and took 2 old ones away with him. He did not have to do that. We got immediate service and he made sure everything was set before he left. These are the only people I will call for future plumbing needs. Thank you Kevin and Roto Rooter!

Our sum pump died and basement got flooded. Soon after replacing the sum pump, we realized that something was wrong, as water was backing up and overflowing where it should be draining out of. We called Roto Rooter and Bob from the West Seneca store came over relatively quickly, despite their backlog of requests. He was incredibly courteous and helpful, and was able to resolve my problem within an hour. I had a great experience with Roto Rooter and would highly recommend them to anyone with any sort of plumbing/water issues.

I have always had good workmanshio from the rotorooter technicians.they are a bit expensive but the work qualifies it.my last job was a sewer repair in the crawl space(a lot of plumbers wont go in a crawlspace-rotorooter will 0.my technician-matthew gilbert and his partner did a fine job.they kept me informed of what needed to be done and what they were doing.before leaving they also checked if I needed any other work done while they were there.for the last few years roto rooter has been my only choice for plumbing work.

I was having issues with water backing up through the drains in my basement. Within 45 minutes of calling Roto-Rooter, someone was here to help. Matt (#371) was very friendly and extremely helpful; he diagnosed the problem quickly, explained to me exactly what happened and what needed to be done, and gave me an accurate price estimate up front. The work was quick and painless and Matt kept me informed the whole time. I will definitely be calling Matt & Roto-Rooter for all of my future plumbing needs!

This was my second time using Roto rooter, and I would continue to use them in the future. Last year they snaked my drains and everything was ok for a couple weeks, then started being slow again. As promised they guaranteed their work and came right back out at no charge to snake them again and so far (a year later) no more problems. Today they came over to fix my sump pump. He was in, fixed/replaced the part, and out in half an hour. Steven W. was great! Very relieved my pump is working again.

First day in my new house go figure a plunbing issues needless to say i was frazzled. So i made that call a plumberr on a Saturday nigjt ecpecting the worse. Let me say tight from the person who answered the phone down the line to the plumber who cam. Everyone was so polite and professional. I do need to say Brandon was great he explained everything with every possible outcome. He was super friendly extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I would definitely recommend Rotor Rooter.

I was very satisfied with the work rendered by your team. Roto Rooter is quick to respond. The storm drainage system underneath my house had corroded. They came out and assessed the situation, were very thorough in an explanation of the plan, scheduled excavation within 48 hours, and finished in a day. They had to remove a part of the sidewalk but saved my bushes. They re-routed the drainage from my sump pump and tied it all in nicely. And the workers were very pleasant and professional.

Of course its Sunday and all our drains are backed up. Normally my husband Chuck would take care of this problem but he had open heart surgery 6 weeks ago He was very frustrated but I told him to call a plumber. He found the ad for Roto Rooter in the phone book and called. They came within 45 minutes. The serviceman was excellent. Courteous and very efficient within an hour our plumbing problem was resolved. First of all the technician (Frank) came right away and solved the problem with an hour. We had been dealing with-raw sewage for two days in our basement. He kindly explained why our efforts were in vain and were actually making the problem worse. I had a clogged drain in my kitchen sink and dishwasher. I called roto rooter around 10am. They were able to have someone come to my house between 1:30-3:30pm. They kept in touch with me via email and 2 phone calls letting me know their arrival time. Matt G. 371 was who came to my house.
