Cld Devlin Plumbing for slow drainage problem in 2nd bath. We thought it was and easy fix, it turned out to be a major problem, but the guys, Chad, Daryl and Tony were able to work the problem that really ended up helping us tremendously. Then we asked them to install a new dishwasher as original contractor cancelled due to "Weather". These guys installed our new dishwasher and all is working beautifully! What a pleasant surprise that we had not one, not two but Three great plumbers assisting us in our time of need. And the weather problem was Hurricane Matthew (which still hasnt hit yet, 3 days later)....but the "Gov" did issue an evacuation notice. So not only did they stay to fix our problems, they delayed their own safety to help us. THAT is service beyond the call of duty. We Pray they and their families are safe! Our hot water went out the other day, this is right before Christmas. I dont make a lot of money, and on a single income support a family of four, needless to say we cannot afford problems like this, especially during the holiday season with two kids, who both have birthdays within a month of Christmas. I called Devlin Plumbing and was told it would cost nothing to at least look at our hot water heater, so they sent Thurman right over. This man was not only a good and thorough tech, but a good man in general. He found the problem, got the part and fixed it with amazing service, and at a cost that assured my kids would not only have a decent Christmas morning, but also hot water. If i ever need any services again, i will not hesitate to call on Devlin. Thank you Devlin Plumbing, and Thurman, have a very Merry Christmas, and thank you so much.

Integrity. I live by integrity and when it comes to needing a service I look for businesses that value integrity. Yesterday I hired a local plumber to come out, he didnt show up when he said he would, and he never called to reschedule. Its a shame that great customer service is hard to come by these days, but thats not the case with Devlin Plumbing Services and the values carried throughout this business. Today I called Devlin Plumbing Services, he gave me a time, he showed up, he assessed, did the work, gave me some helpful advice and was friendly on top of it all. His prices were fair and honest, too! Now thats what I call a business with integrity! I can not say enough good things about Devlin Plumbing Service, but I would recommend them to all of my friends and family in the area. Thank you Devlin Plumbing Services!

We developed a leak in our piping that was under the concrete pad of our home. This caused us great stress and we didnt know what to expect, with both the job and the expense. I did a little research and found Devlin Plumbing. I was impressed with the information I found on their website, and after talking with them on the phone, knew I had made the right decision. Chris H. arrived to locate and repair our leak. He and his helper were courteous and knowledgeable. They went right to work and quickly found the affected pipe. The were able to reroute the pipe so that we did not have to break up the concrete to repair! They completed the repair in less than a full day. I was very impressed with the work of Chris H. and his helper and will definitely use Devlin Plumbing for any plumbing work I may have in the future.

We had a problem with our kitchen faucet, and chose Devlin Plumbing because of all of the 5 star ratings on numerous sites. The ratings were certainly well deserved, since the service was exceptional! Usually service calls are something that we dread, however, in this case the service was actually enjoyable! Chris was extremely personable and kind, even taking his shoes off before entering our home! He arrived on time, and did the repair quickly and professionally. He took the time to answer a few other questions about our hot water tank and outdoor shut off valve, as well. The service charge was very reasonable, and we will surely call Devlin Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs. We will highly recommend Devlin to our friends and neighbors!

I dont typically write reviews, but... I called with an urgent plumbing issue in a medical facility. It was late on a Friday afternoon,when Chris (the owner) informed me he could send someone my way. About 15-20 min. later I received a call from John, stating he was on his way. While waiting for him shortly before 5pm and really wishing I could get out of the office and start my weekend, I thought...ugh this guy is not going to be happy to drive down here and deal with this...Im certain hes looking forward to his weekend too! I cant tell you how professional, diligent, clean and kind he was! He had the job done in no time and really went above and beyond. The rate was reasonable too. I will definitely call Devlin Plumbing again and ask for John!

I have picked this company because Ive seen 4.9 out 5 score on the web and that was 100% right decision. I called them Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving and had actually a little hope that my broken water heater could be replaced on the next day after the holiday. The first pleasant surprise: the voice in the receiver "Sure, we can do it". Price negotiating and another pleasant surprise: "Sure, we can apply our coupon to the total". The rest of the service was exactly as it was promised. John G. & Arron have done a great job. If anything else happen to my plumbing stuff I have no worries at all, I know whom to call... I always have a good experience with Devlin plumbing services and have been using them for several years now. I trust the work they do and that they are not trying to overcharge or find extra jobs. Today John G. came to fix where the shower turns on. In one of my showers the cartridge was broken and in the other shower the handle was very difficult to turn. He was very informative in helping me understand what the problem was and fixed both showers the same morning. He also installed a new shower head that I had purchased free of charge. They always wear shoe covers, are very friendly, informative, respectful and overall a pleasure to work with. Thanks!

First John showed up on time. We had been having on going flushing problems with a commode. Guests use it when visiting our home. I showed John the problem and said if it could not be fixed properly we wanted to consider replacing the entire commode since it is no longer sold domestically and easily repaired. John analyzed the problem and replaced the arm, a clip and handle. Currently it works great!!l As a future fallback John gave me written quotes for new commodes. Hopefully, we will not need 1. I would recommend John Gentzler and Devlin Plumbing for repairs and I commend them for giving me future commode choices. Tim Hutto Murrells Inlet

John arrived right on time. He and his co-worker began the removal of a dishwasher that had been installed nearly 30 years ago. Before the installation of the new dishwasher, modifications had to be made to the water line in order to allow the new unit to fit and operate properly. Due to problems like this, what normally would have taken an hour took three. Despite the challenges, John showed no outward frustration. This is the fourth time I have used Devlin Plumbing. Chris Devlin and his staff are professionals who offer excellent service at a fair price. Should I have a future need for plumbing services, they will definitely be the company I use.
