We had a pipe burst in the middle of the night. After getting the water turned off and calling the insurance company I started researching plumbers. Bull City had rave reviews so I gave them a ring even though they arent 24hrs/day because I was willing to wait for exceptional service. Someone actually picked up (at 5am!) which was amazing. The work completed was good (it ended up not being a very complicated issue) but we did have some issues on the first visit. HOWEVER, the owner himself came to make things right. His professionalism and commitment to honest, good work was very admirable and I am happy with the service he provided. I believe our original issue was an anomaly and am confident that Bull City will continue to live up to its reputation.

Jimmy and his crew are the best HVAC guys Ive ever worked with. They understand the function of HVAC at a deep level, are great at diagnosing and repairing systems, and take pride in their craft when installing new systems. They recently replaced my old heat pumps with new gas furnaces. It was a complicated job that they executed to perfection. Jimmy and his staff are conscientious and respectful when working in your home. Theyve done multiple repairs to my existing gas furnace, and are always responsive and efficient. Whatever HVAC needs you have, theres only one person to call: Jimmy Johnson at Bull City Heating and Air.

I chose Bull City Plumbing due to their positive reviews, and boy am I glad! Kenny came out very quickly to check out my water heater and determined that my thermostats were shot. He came prepared with everything he needed and replaced both thermostats right away. Just as a precaution, he pulled the top heat element out so we could inspect it and it looks like new, so we decided to leave that alone. I am very happy with how fast the work was done, how I was treated and how fair the price was. I will use them again and will recommend them to everyone!

We have used Bull City for everyone of our plumbing/hvac projects: washing machine drain system (Trey) new hvac system (Trey), leaking dishwasher (Kenny) gas line for stove (Kenny). I make it a point to get bids for each project from 3-4 different companies. Bull City keeps beating the prices and do high quality work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, upfront, and honest plumber. Both Kenny and Trey are good people and I trust them.
