I called and asked for an estimate for changing out 2 faucets for my washing machine connection - he said he couldnt do that. I asked why not, that he knows his call out fee, he knows how much 2 faucets cost and roughly how long that would take him to cut off and resolder. He repeated that he was unable to help me. No idea how he stays in business with that poor customer service. Needless to say i will never try to call him again. Speechless.
