WNY Plumbing is one of the best in the Business. I am Chairman of the Lake View Fire District and use them exclusively for any problems we have in either one of our 2 District Buildings. They have taken care of Tank-less water heater installation, outside drain tile problems, indoor trench drains running slowly in our truck room... the list goes on and on. They respond quickly to our emergency calls and our requests for quotes for any work needed out side of emergencies. I would strongly suggest that anyone in the greater Buffalo area use this Company for all of your home and commercial needs, we are more than satisfied with the overall performance of WNY Plumbing, and will continue to use them whenever needed. You will not be disappointed!

I have been a customer of this company for several years. In all my dealing with them, I have found them to be extremely pleasant. They always take time to explain things and the best thing is they arrive for their appointments on time. The work is performed in a professional manner. All service people are polite and knowledgeable and their prices are fair and reasonable. They stand behind their products and their service. All in all - a terrific company to deal with.

Would not recommend. They do not honor their warranty repair. They installed a kitchen faucet which started leaking after some time. The repair was performed and billed by them, then the leak started a few weeks afterwards.After calling them twice, the answer was "Will call you back" - they never did. Feel disrespected.

Discovered a leaking pipe in my basement over the weekend. Called and spoke with Dan at WNY plumbing. Dan had a guy out to my house within an hour of the call. Did a professional job at a very reasonable price. A very classy organization that has been around a long time. Keep up the great work!!!!

They seem like nice people, but take absolutely no pride in their work as well can snap and be very abusive at times. Would not recommend.
