Had our Septic Tank pumped. Person answering the phone was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The individual that pumped our Septic Tank was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was also helpful (we had a lot of questions regarding our system), friendly and professional. I think they over schedule. We were given a 11 am to 1 pm window of time. When no one arrived by 1 pm, I called and was told that they were just about to call me to let me know the technician was in Madison and we were next. Then someone called me at 2 pm to let me know the truck was in route. When no one had arrived by 3:15 pm, I called and was told that he was on Richmond Rd. in Troy and would be there shortly. He arrived 5 minutes later. We were very pleased with the service, but think they need to work on their scheduling process.

Really poor service! I wish I could say I got an estimate but they were a no show to my appointment. I called this company on a Monday morning to schedule an estimate for a plumbing leak. I let them know I had a tight work schedule and would prefer an afternoon. I was scheduled for Wednesday between 4:00 and 6:00pm. I left work early that day and at 6:15pm I called to ask why no one showed up and was told they sent my crew elsewhere. I asked why I wasnt notified and was told it was because I didnt answer my phone. I then asked why they didnt leave a voicemail because I was on the other line and could not pick up. They said they were too busy. Perhaps the crews are excellent if they show but I do not recommend contacting this company.

Today wasnt my day; our water gas tank heater stop working, frustrated called some other company and my nightmare didnt stop there, had a very bad experienced/ service had to tell the guy to go out of my house… Then I called Roto- Rooter plumbing , lady on the phone was very professional, listening to my concerns and immediately take care of my needs. Greg and Ronald, came over, they both professional and listened, I explained my situation and and took care of the problem in a timely manner. well done! I recommend them 100%! Thank you guys!

I usually stay away from national chains but we decided to give Roto-Rooter a try because our needs were simple and we knew what had to be done and we didnt have a "local" plumber to call. The person who answered my phone call could not have been any nicer and helpful. The service was prompt and the technician who came was knowledgeable, courteous and obviously very experienced. He was clean and tidy (the job was really, really nasty!) and while somewhat expensive, my husband and I both felt we got good value for the price.

We had Jeff from Roto-Rooter at our house today to install a new hot water heater. Jeff has been at our house before for various plumbing jobs in the past. As usual, Jeff has done an outstanding job installing the hot water heater and making sure it was leak free before he left. I highly recommend Jeff and the whole Roto-Rooter team from Charlottesville for any plumbing needs.
