After remodeling and having the septic tank pumped by another company, kept experiencing intermittent sewer gas. After having our plumber fixed a broken drain pipe and checked out the p pipe, he suggested that if the smell continued to contact Rooter Man to check out our vent that runs from the bathroom up through the roof that carries the sewer gas. I called yesterday and was scheduled for this morning. Wow! The two gentlemen (sorry dont remember their names) were very professional, nice, explained things in detail, and clean, i.e. placed shoe protectors on before coming in the house and cleaned up after they were done). They showed us the gook/sludge (yuck) that came out of our vent and also told us about a possible preventive method to prevent this from happening in the future (baking soda and vinegar application twice a year in our bathroom sink that will not harm our septic tank). In conclusion, we would highly recommend this company! Also a big thank you for our plumber for recommending this company! We will not hesitate to call them again.

Dreadful communicators. I had to chase after them to find out where my plumber was, only to be told that the plumber was running behind G no kidding, I was calling you at the very end of my two hour window wondering where he was. River man is playing by the same disease that affects most customer service operations, the inability to communicate. Everyone in the world lives glued to their phones, yet somehow their technician couldnt call the dispatch office and say "this job is taking twice as long as I thought it was going to take please let the next client know" Instead, I had to sit around my house for two hours and then chase after them to find out what was going on. Apologies dont mean a thing when the problem is 100% preventable. Did they discount me the service? Of course not. There are times incredibly valuable their customers time isnt worth a thing

I didnt have a great experience using Rooter-Man to unclog my drain. 1) They would not give me an estimate for unclogging my kitchen drain over the phone. Not even a range. I understand that individual circumstances vary, but give me a high-low range. The tech walked in and gave me a price without even looking under the sink, so the rates ARE fairly standard. To save you the hassle, they charged $243 to clear my clogged kitchen sink drain. 2) The first dispatcher told me that a tech was on the way and would be there in 30 minutes. I asked again for clarification, she assured me 30 minutes. The tech arrived over 4 hours later. 3) The tech didnt have the right tool and had to call another tech, which extended the visit. Ultimately, they got the drain cleared, so Ill give them that.

This is my second experience with Rooter-Man, and both times weve been 100% satisfied! They are quick to respond to emergency situations and were out just a couple of days after a phone-call for a non-emergency request. Weve worked with Robert in the past for a faucet that wouldnt turn off and JJ today to get our septic pumped. Both were right on time (we actually received phone calls both times when they were headed our way), completely professional, offered helpful information and answered questions very patiently. Its clear that this company strives to offer excellent customer service. If we ever have any additional plumbing needs, we would not hesitate to call Rooter-Man!

If you are looking for a company that cares about customers and will fix a septic or plumbing problem efficiently and expertly then I recommend that you contact Rooter-Man. JB, plumbing technician who repaired our leaking faucets, was amazing - courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Chris, the general manager, solved our septic tank problem when 3 other companies ahead of him didnt have a clue what to do. Our system has been trouble-free after his repair and cleaning! You will find that Chris really follows up on the job, makes sure his customers are satisfied. First-rate service. Thanks!

Because of circumstances beyond their control, Rooterman was running a little late. Unlike other companies, they did not cancel or reschedule my service because they were going to be there after 5pm. They were courteous and explained the workings of the septic system to me, worked with me as an apology for being late, and did not abandon the job when the black widow spiders appeared. JJ and crew were great, and while I hope I dont need septic services for a long while, if I do, I will be sure to call them.

A few days ago I came home at almost 9 oclock to no water at my house. I called Rooterman and Chris was out working on the issue in an hour. He discovered my well pump was bad and offered to replace it that same night. It was close to 11 oclock by this time, so I told him replacing it in the morning would be fine. The guys were out bright and early and got my water back on and working better than it ever has. I have and will recommend this company to anyone experiencing issues with their plumbing.

Our service guy was Jakondeh and he did a wonderful job. And it was really hard: first he had to locate our septic tank, then dig it out, then struggle with a lid that had corroded. Jakindeh was very professional and personable throughout the whole process. And Rooter-Man was also very professional: called us to confirm, then emailed to let us know Jakondeh was en-route. So nice to deal with pleasant, professional people. We highly recommend this company.

Rooter-Man has always provided excellent customer service. They come when they say they will come, and they stay until you are convinced your problem is resolved! We have used them for everything from diagnosing problems with hot-water radiators, to a replacing a sewer pump, to repairing faucets and unclogging drains. No complaints!
