Waste of time. I made an appointment for them to come between 10 and noon, the plumber called at almost noon and explained they would be late but he would call me when he knew how late. After not hearing from for several hours, I called them at 3:00 and found they would not be coming. They did apologize, and said "they would take care of me". I scheduled an appointment for another day, also between 10 and noon, this time they arrived at 12:05 and gave me a confusing verbal quote. Since this is a rather expensive job on an existing house, I sent an email and asked if I could get the quote in writing so I would have a better understanding of the costs and the approach they would take to completing the work. I never received a response. A few days later I called and they said they received my email and would get back to me. Its been a couple of weeks with no response. They dont seem serious about doing the work, and have wasted a lot of my time. Ill find someone else. At least when they came out they were friendly, for that they earn two stars.

Very Impressed with TCR Rooter & Plumbing and will use them going forward for my plumbing needs. They did great work for me, were friendly, and so easy to work with. Tree roots had grown into my sewer line causing it to back up. After having the tree removed I called around to get estimates for having the line replaced. Other companies including the one who first unstopped the line wanted to charge me multiple fews (visit, camera usage, etc) just to come out and give an estimate. Terry having dealt with this situation so many times before felt confident giving me an estimate over the phone after talking the situation over with me. Two days later he was at my house first thing in the morning. The roots had grown into the line at a T intersection near the road just as he expected. By lunch time Brandon had that section of the line replaced and everything has been good since. It cost me about half of what other companies told me the replacement would probably cost. I can’t say enough good things about these guys.

PPM Management

Im a property manager and have used Terry and TCR for years. They are quick to respond and always accurate. They can handle small things like just replacing a faucet or major repairs that require digging, etc. They always pinpoint the issue and Terry follows up to make sure the customer is 100% happy. I used to use 3 or 4 different plumbers and now that Ive been working with Terry, I never use anyone but TCR. I even hire them at my own house when I need a plumber. In fact, one day I had a neighbor call to notify me that I had a leak at my house. I was 15 minutes away and I called Terry, and he was there and had the water turned off at the main before I was even home. The insurance company told me that he probably saved me (them) $25,000 by doing that.

I began having water backup in my master bathroom when taking showers, and within a few days, it escalated into water AND sludge spitting out of the sinks. I was referred to TCR by my regular plumber, since it seemed to be a drainage issue. I called TCR on a Monday morning about 8:30 am, received a call back before 9:30 am that a service person was on the way. He arrived within 10 minutes, was able to diagnose the problem immediately (roots clogging our drainage pipe), and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Thats what I call awesome service. I will not hesitate to call TCR again for plumbing problems, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family in the Raleigh/Cary/Apex area.

TCR plumbing is the best! Fair price and great friendly service. I would recommend their work to anyone. I had a plumbing emergency last week during the Holidays. Terry and crew came out and had me up and running that day. Just in time for family coming into town. Terry and team have been very friendly and accommodating. They quoted a fair price and I would use them again in the future. TCR rocks!
