DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!!!! SCAM!!! I called to get them to go out for our company to do some work and they told us they would be out on a certain day and then when I called to get an update the following week since they had not called back to let us know the job was completed; Leslie said she didnt know and said she had to check with the tech and call me back. I never heard back and they wont answer the phone when we call or return any 6 messages we had left. If they didnt want to do the job all they had to say is "NO" or if they didnt know how to do the job, tell us. People like that is what makes people leary of using a smaller unknown company. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME - CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!

Just want to share in my disappointment. I am a contractor in Charlottesville Virginia. And while I was working at my clients home today. I discovered a water leak on one of the exterior faucets. I removed the bracket and pulled the faucet and pecs pipe which goes into the siding. After investigating I found a crack in the copper pipe. We called this company to come Replace it. It was the simplest repair ever. Ten minutes tops! Cut pecs pipe install new faucet and go. My client is an older woman on a fixed income and I was shocked at the price for this repair. $138.00!!!! I do wish I could charge like that for my services! Will not be calling them again.

I completely agree w/ the previous reviewer! They must have planted that first review because the advanced plumbing people are just out to steal your money. They came out to the house and charged us $115 for doing absolutely nothing. They couldnt even really tell us what they thought was wrong w/ our pipes. What they told us was that they would not fix the dry wall after they finish trying to figure out what was even wrong.

I called them up at around 4pm after I broke a pipe trying to do some DIY plumbing. They sent a repair crew out the next morning. The two gentlemen (Eric and Mike) who completed my plumbing job were extremely polite and professional. They did an excellent job at a fair price. I will use them again if I need a plumber.

This is the worst customer service (i.e., there is none) I have ever experienced. I will be contacting the state licensing board, BBB, and any regional/local consumer bodies I can in addition to warning all family, friends, people on the street of how poor this companys behavior is.
