Jeff helped me with two projects: a toilet installation and a sump pump installation, the latter being in a basement which had no rough-in for a sump pump and required jackhammering the cement floor to create space for the pump. For the consultation and for both projects, Jeff arrived on time, worked very hard, was very competent, and cleaned up afterward. His estimate and his final price matched, and he is a VERY nice guy! So, I hope to employ him for any plumbing needs I have in the future and recommend him without reservation.

Great, reliable service! We had a disastrous leak that turned out to require nothing more than a new toilet. Jeff Brinson was terrific about analyzing the situation, and his wife Sharon is a fabulous customer service person. She helped me find a source for the new toilet, and she even called them and had everything waiting for me to pick up. KUDOS! Ive used numerous other No Va plumbers but Ill always call Brinson & Sons from now on.

Jeff was extremely helpful and went out of way to assist us, including offering to come at time that was both timely and convenient. He took the time to understand the problem with our garbage disposal and was able to provide a successful solution via phone in this case.
