Must not need/want the work, no Quote - two weeks later! I had a tough time getting through to the estimator initially but he did eventually show up as expected on my day off. Estimator provided some good information, recorded the requirements, took pictures, provided some advice and left promising a quote. Six calls and two weeks later, no quote was received. I called a final time indicating that if I did not receive a quote that day I was moving on. The person on the other end suggested I call back, NOT. I will call Harris and Barr plumbing next.

I was on their schedule for a pretty major plumbing repair job but they never showed up! I called after they were an hour late and was told that the guy scheduled for me hurt his back and would be out for a few weeks. No one had called to let me know. I did a lot of work to get ready for them and was not happy about it! They lost my business! Will give Harris plumbing a try.

Best service, price and quality. Brian will do what ever it takes to help you with your do it yourself project or full service. He knew about the low water pressure in our development and installed a water pressure booster and a new water softener for the price of a water softener from the boxscore. Keep it local and you will be pleasantly suprised.

Their single phone line is always busy no matter when you call. Cant talk to them. Cant get information. Cant ask a question. Cant make an appointment. Dont bother.
