The folks at Solutions Mechanical & Plumbing are very focused on delivering the best in customer service with the highest quality work. My well pump quit working about Noon Thursday (day before yesterday). I found Solutions through a Google search and called them. Despite being in the middle of the process of moving into a new office space, David answered my call. When I told him what my problem was, he told me that he and John, his partner in the business, were leaving early Friday morning for a three day workshop, so he would try to see if John could come by in a few hours from my call that same afternoon. He said he would call me back shortly, and he did, letting me know that John would be coming by later that afternoon. His major concern was leaving me without water in my home over the weekend until they got back from their workshop a couple of hours away from their office. A little while later, David called me again to let me know that John would be here soon, but in the meantime, a couple of other guys who were in my area already would be stopping by to do some preliminary diagnosis of my problem so they could call John and let him know what to expect when he got here to allow him enough time to stop by their shop to pick up anything he might need. Those guys showed up just minutes after Davids call, took a look at my well system and called John to let him know exactly what I had here in my home as well as a preliminary diagnosis of what he would need to do once he got here. I cant tell you how amazed I was when John not only arrived a short while later with a new pump, but also drove up with the necessary truck and equipment to pull up 280 feet of pipe from my well in order to replace the submersible pump that had died. He went right to work immediately and about three hours later, was putting the new pump and the 280 feet of piping back into my well. After getting that done, we went into the house to check the inside pressure tank and pump controls to activate the new pump. That required some re-wiring of the control system to accommodate the new pump, which John quickly took care of, and I had water back in the house that afternoon. Truly amazing service! I will recommend these guys to anyone I run across that needs similar services without any hesitation whatsoever.

The technician was on time, courteous and got the job done quickly; being sure to clean up the area and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. After the Tech left, I had to return to work, and followed him out of the neighborhood and onto Rt 250. While stopped at a red light, I noticed that the technician gave a homeless man a soda...a simple gesture, but one that really spoke to the character and kind-hearted people who work for Solutions Mechanical. I will definitely use them in the future for all my mechanical and plumbing needs!

Whole process with this company was great. I was able to chat with a representative online to set up the appointment. The guy that came out was very nice and knowledgeable. Didnt try to sell anything I didt need. He even made sure his shoes were clean before coming in the house. Fixed my problem for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
