My sump pump failed and I had to replace the pump as well as two hot water tanks. I called them and they responded to my home promptly. They replaced the sump pump and one hot water tank the same day. The second tank was replaced within 48 hours as they did not have a second unit in stock. The installer was fabulous. He was professional and proficient with exceptional customer service skills. I would recommend Superior Plumbing and Rooter Service and would not hesitate to use them again in future.

We had Superior Plumbing a few times over the years for small and big plumbing issues. Very customer friendly company, fast service and very knowledgeable workers. The prices are reasonable and they clean up after, very clean. We had them over today and Im very happy with their service again. Worst company in the business left a huge mess up and down the entire street ,beware of this place ,workers swearing all day ,trying to figure out what to do and did not seem to have a clue what they were doing and trashing my neighbors. Property no respect for customers stay away
