My house had the horrible old polybutylene pipes, I had gotten away with minor fixes over the years, but with my wife pregnant, we didn’t want leaky pipe problems any longer. We had to suck it up and foot the bill to re-pipe the entire house. I shopped around and received a few quotes from some of the more known plumbing companies, no surprise, they were all ridiculously high. I reached out to Plumb Perfect Plumbing (PPP) as a last ditch effort. Thomas (PPP) really puts his customers first. He came out and gave an estimate during the week, and squeezed us in that same weekend to fix my pipes. During the consultation, he explained all the work he would have to do, explained what the processes entailed for fixing the pipes and an estimate of how long it would take. I felt I had a very good idea of what to expect. Thomas was professional from the moment he stepped into my house (even dropping a PPP floor mat at the front of my house before coming in). Drop clothes were placed all around, even in areas adjacent to work area to capture spillover from the drywall being cut. Thomas’ helper was meticulous at cleaning up after them along the way as well. My entire house was re-piped in one day. My wife and I are happy, knowing that we don’t have to worry about the pipes in the house anymore. We’ve found our plumber and would definitely recommend Plumb Perfect Plumbing every time!

If you are looking for professional plumber that take pride and dedication in their work, this is the company to go to! Having moved into our house in January and knowing nothing about septic/well system, Scott made us feel empowered with the detailed explanation of how our system works, what is going on with our current system, and the options we have to fix it and make it perform better. He was very honest, upfront about pricing, and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the job. While installing our new system, he also noticed a mold issue in and around the basement and took pictures to share with us, as well as recommending professionals in the area that could address the issue. Scott is also very charismatic and makes you feel like you are in safe hands with the quality of work he brings to the job. The work is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and under warranty should there be any issues. I would recommend these guys to friends and family for their attention to detail and honesty in their services. You couldnt ask for a better plumber.

What a wonderful experience! After repairing a few leaks, the water meter kept spinning to the tune of 48,000 gallons of water used since December 1! The water company said we probably had a break in the water line from the street to the house. This was four days before Christmas! I am a woman – senior citizen – and I was concerned that I would be treated as such, and possibly “taken.” I called Plumb Perfect, and Thomas came out that afternoon! He was so gracious and understanding. He even put his “booties” on before entering the house. Thomas was able to have the water line repaired the following day. I am so thankful I found them. Everyone was courteous and got the job done quickly. I am extremely happy with the Plumb Perfect Company. I will gladly recommend Plumb Perfect to others.

My husband and I had a leak in the plumbing underneath our bathroom sink. Water was streaming into the basement. We contacted another plumbing company with no response. Then I tried Plumb Perfect who answered my call immediately. An appointment was scheduled for the afternoon. I was running late and they accommodated my schedule. Usually, the home owner is the one waiting on the contractor. The leak was fixed quickly and neatly and I have made an appointment for additional maintenance. I highly recommend Plumb Perfect.

I was pleased that I was able to get someone out so fast until I heard the quote for installing a dishwasher and plumbing under the sink, $1040!!! That was more than I could afford and when I told the plumber that he quickly dropped 300 off the price quote. I ended up getting the job done by another company for under $500. I am out $29.99 for the price quote and do not plan to call them again.
