Nick Piracci and Liam Doud were assigned to install a tankless Navian hot water system in my Elma home to replace two traditional hot water tanks. Nick and Liam were very professional in all aspects of the job. They were prompt, pleasant, courteous and polite when communicating with me and accessing my property. The installation of the new hot water system went smoothly. Tony and Luke Cellino were present for design and placement of the installation. They made sure I agreed to locations. Nick and Liams workmanship was excellent. After completing the installation they made sure that I was satisfied with temperature and pressure and they took the time to teach me how the system operates and its programming. Overall, I give Cellino Plumbing an excellent rating. Thank you! Gentlemen!!

Professional, personable, efficient. Liam Doud with Cellino Plumbing is a pleasure to do business with! It is never a fun issue to deal with a sump pump that isnt working and 2" of rain on the way. Within hours of calling, Liam arrived and was ready to solve my problem pump. He thoroughly explained my options and highlighted the benefits of each replacement pump. An hour or so later, the pump was installed, working great and any worries about a flooded basement gone. I will use Cellino Plumbing for any of my future plumbing needs. Liam was also nice enough to leave a coupon for my next replacement hot water heater. Totally satisfied, thanks to Liam and his great customer service.

Excellent and very professional service. Both Payton and John were very respectful of my home and did all they could to solve my problem. I hope they come back to complete the work that needs to be done. At my request they were in telephone contact with my son who understood the problem more than I did. Very much appreciated. Payton and his team of John and Sage did an outstanding job for me. I am very pleased with their work and they left my sewer in working order. Mr. Cellino - Payton deserves a raise. He is a hard and very conscientious worker. He cleaned up the stone patio after the muddy mess and I would recommend him to anyone who might ask. Keep him on your staff!

The technician (Paul Soto) was friendly, explained what my cost would be b/4 any work was started. Paul made sure that he put covers on his work booths insuring that he would not be tracking any dirt into my home. Paul then checked the drain in my basement and suggest that he clean it out from the outside. He did not want to bring the snake into the basement to keep the mess too a minimum. I have used Cellino Plumbing in the past and have always had a. excellent results. Good honest business that you can trust and the technicians are outstanding.

We had 3" of water in our basement thanks to a broken piece of plumbing outside of our sump pump. It was almost 11pm and after calling a few "24 hour" places and getting a "cant get there til tomorrow", my wife called Cellino. They put her at ease and Paul showed up at our door within 30 minutes. He was calm, friendly, and we instantly felt relieved. He quickly found the problem and did a quick fix to get the water away from the house. Having an older home we had the bad luck of needing a plumber. The good news is both times we got Payton. Young man who knows his stuff and would answer any questions we had. Even gave us types for prevention so we didnt have to call a third time. Even though we probably will need to down the line I know we will have no issues getting it fixed calling these guys. They care about the work and care more about cleaning up their mess like they were never there. Price is worth the customer experience you get.

My sump pump stopped working, and when I went downstairs to my basement in the evening, I had close to two inches of water spreading throughout the basement. Paul came within two hours of my phone call which was late in the evening. He gave me different estimates for a 3 year and 5 year sump pump with the pricing. He installed the 5 year, cleaned up well when he was done and left here close to midnight.
