I was in dire straits, on a home I just purchased, now having standing water in the basement, I called a local plumber who was going to charge me $75, for trying a small snake, and after three minutes said, "yep! its plugged and I cant get it. He said, "give me fifty bucks and Ill call it a day." I then called "the Experts". Well, after calling the experts, the three foundation "experts" were eagerly waiting for me to give the nod for repair estimates from $13000 to $22000. On a trip to a local home store, one of the employees at a Builders Supply chain said, "did you call anyone?" I said, "yes, I called some foundation outfits and the estimates put me into shock. He asked me, how about trying RotoRooter? They helped me with a plugged drain in my basement. He said maybe the drain tile has roots in it. I told him I had three huge Willow trees close by, and he grinned. He said, "thats most likely your problem. I called them the same day, and not even 45 minutes later they were at my door on a Saturday. I thought, this is going to be a steep bill for Saturday. Daniel from RotoRooter said they dont charge extra for Saturday, and they give Military discount, which was music to my ears. After four hours or more of Airjetting the lines and pulling out a two foot long and six inches in diameter root ball plug out, all the lines were now cleaned of debris and all roots were finely ground up and out. Even the center floor drain was working! I said to myself, what on Earth is this going to cost me? After he cleaned up everything, he gave me the discount, some recommendations, the bill came to about $450, a far cry from thousands. Each person was open, and honest, with no hidden costs. He also said, if I dont get i open, I dont charge. Thats not what the Plumber said to me. I would highly recommend RotoRooter, especially Daniel, to anyone with a drain problem. The employee went above and beyond, "just trying". He worked harder than anyone I have ever called. He left soaking wet, from kneeling on the floor, and was determined to get it fixed. He busted his tail for me. It gave me confidence to know there are till people out there who give an honest days work, for an honest days pay. Thanks RotoRooter

I live on a farm. I have a septic system that requires drainage every two years. Drainage is required to keep the system working properly. Pumping the drainage system causes the drain from the house to the septic tank to become plugged. It is usually from a grease build up. The company that performs the drainage does not clear the pipes. It can be headache because the blockage seeps into the area that is plugged. America, thank God for Rotorooter. Rotorooter has twenty-hour service. You can make your appointment on line at a convenient time for yourself. I promise you this service works. You receive a call before the arrival of the service men. I really can say Rotorooter is class A. The service men before they enter your house have booties to cover their shoes. The service men will not enter your house unless the booties are on to cover their shoes. Before any cleaning of the lines are done, they check your basement. They then clear your outside line from the house to the septic tank. Please believe me, it works. America, I only wish Rotorooter also had a septic system draining of the septic tank. I have been a customer for over twenty years. Rotorooter is the best and most importantly you get a six month guarantee, no strings attach. Rotorooter sells your a cleaner that last for one year to protect your pipes. For me Rotorooter is the absolute best. I know because I live on a farm. Thank you Rotorooter. Thank you Rotorooter for the professionals you employ. Thank you for the two men who did the job today December 27, 2016 on Greenbush. Thank you.

The Roto-Rooter technician who helped us today was polite, hard-working, knowledgeable and persistent. This was our first sewer-line problem in our "new" house--new to us, that is. We have been here not quite 2 years, but it was built in the same year Queen Victoria of England died and President McKinley was assassinated. This house, at times, presents question marks since no one is sure how hidden things were built or installed back then. He removed a toilet in the basement for access to the sewer line. Then we had to find access to the trap from outside the house, with nothing visible above ground (like a cap) to help us. Once the technician found the sewer-trap access under the steps of the backyard deck, he gently dismantled enough of the steps to put his roto-rooting machine to work to clear the sewer line from the house out to the street. Of course, it started to pour on him at the end of the job as he was putting his tools back into his van. No complaints or muttering from him. All through the adventure-filled fix-it process, he was polite, professional and informative, keeping me apprised of options and related expenses. Nice work. We plan to call Roto-Rooter for routine maintenance visits! Thanks, Roto-Rooter.

I needed some critical help for the third time in less than a year with the plumbing in my older home I purchased last summer and once again I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Rotor-Rooter. A technician named: Matthew O., (Employee #103), arrived at my home quickly and completed precisely what I needed, in an excellent manner. He diagnosed why my kitchen plumbing started to leak again, and fixed the problem easily by disassembling everything and replacing some missing parts, under my kitchen sink. Then I asked him for assistance on adjusting my toilet so I did not have to hold the handle down for so long when I was flushing it and he helped me with that also. Again he was an excellent plumber in the way he diagnosed the situation and remedied it easily. Please reward this young man for his talents and polite service that he provided for me. I have been enjoying my kitchen sink, (free of leaks) and bathroom much better ever since his visit and realize how valuable he will be to your company. Thanks again to Matthew O. (#103) for 2 jobs very well done with my plumbing at my home. Sincerely, Dawn B.

This the second time in two years that I have used Roto-Rooter to snake my drain to clear a clog caused by roots in the front yard. Both times they arrived within an hour of the call made to them, where other plumbers I called could not promise a time or even if they could come that day. Because I had a basement full of water and could not use any more water until the clog was cleared, I needed a plumber fast. Both plumbers that came to my home very quickly identified the "root" cause of my issue and went to work. They were very careful in their work, and they made sure that I understood what they were going to do and how much it was going to cost prior to starting. When I mentioned what I could do to prevent these clogs going forward, the plumber today recommended a product aimed at clearing the roots left after the snake and preventing new roots from growing. I anticipate that this product will save me time and money each year by preventing clogs and backups from happening. I called Roto-Rooter to solve an immediate problem and ended up with a workable long term solution that will save me money.
