Well, we were definitely having problems with our sewer lines. Back-flow was readily visible at the cleanout port. So we called in a reputable plumber ( ARS) and they got out the camera and went on to find all of the problems. We had one complete break and one other point of separation. They did a good job as plumbers diagnosing what was wrong. They went on to quote a 4600.00 repair job. Being that this work is heavy on service and light on materials, I called and got 2 other quotes. One was 3400 and the other was 2600. Guess who was 2600?? RURAL The creme on the cake was that they were going to replace both sewer and water feed to the house to bring them up to code. THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE

I had a capacitor go out in my outside unit. I knew it was a capacitor but was tied up with work and didnt have time to fix it myself so I called these guys. I called and they showed up the next day within the time-frame, however, it seems they price gouge. I was charged a service fee of $90.00 and hen $204.40 for the capacitor. He also put 2 pounds of R-22 in for $225. I was expecting the capacitor to maybe be $75 max (since you can get capacitors all day at home depot for $10 to $20). I would call someone else and wouldnt recommend this company unless you like paying $$$.

I have 2 units, one for upstairs and one for downstairs, and the 3 guys, Gio, Daniel, and Fabio, arrived on time and replaced everything quickly and cleanly. The price I got from Rural beat the competitors price by about $1K. Ive used Rural for a number of years for service and theyve been a good service company. The last tech, Ken, did a great job and was very professional. Didnt realize ants could short your AC unit, but he showed me otherwise.

I called Rural Plumbing in the afternoon and they were able to come out the next morning. It was for a non-emergency drain clog. Im very happy with their service and would definitely use them again. (Beware of other reviews on google- look at the people using them, they rate companies all across the states and are probably a hired service to increase ratings.)

I called because my disposal was leaking--they showed within the time window provided, assessed the situation, and decided to put in a new disposal. They were quick, courteous, and professional. They took all trash, left the warranty with me, and were respectful of my home. Will definitely use again for any future plumbing needs!

Techs I dealt with were very knowledgeable and friendly, I signed up for the maintenance plan and know now that my dual compressors and hardware are nearing the end of their useful life. Rural has repaired these units for a reasonable price when other HVAC companies failed miserably.Honest, quality workmanship.
