WARNING ! DO NOT USE "Flushable Wipes" ! ! They contributed to my clogged septic line ! ! I do not give out five stars very often. I had two inches of hideous stuff floating on my basement floor. Roto-Rooter was the third entity I had out to check on my backed up sewage situation. The first one said I needed my septic tank pumped. Id had it pumped six months earlier, so I solicited another opinion. That guy said I needed a new septic tank. It didnt jive with my common sense assessment. Next, David Guin, with Roto-Rooter came out and did what Roto-Rooter does, cut and ground through the sewer line from the house to the septic tank, and cleared out 40 years of root buildup exacerbated by the FLUSHABLE WIPES. He worked quickly and had the confidence about the situation that comes with being an expert. They are following up with a visit from the camera man on Monday to scope the line to make sure there are no potentially lingering issues. They EXCEEDED expectations. ...and also saved me $5500 for the recommended new septic tank.

Nothing will put you in a panic any faster than water backing up into your bathroom from a clogged sewer line. On a Sunday afternoon, it is difficult enough to get anyone to respond to your calls for help, but Roto-Rooter did!!! Our technician was Dave and he was absolutely great!!! My husband and I were amazed at the technology involved in such a "dirty job". Not only did Dave unclog our sewer line, he showed us (with his little camera) where our problem was located, why we had the problem in that area and how it could be corrected to prevent future problems. All the while Dave was professional, congenial and ever so patient with my "50 questions". Hopefully, we will not ever have to deal with a sewer line crisis again, but you can bank on this one thing if we do. We will call Roto-Rooter and we will ask for Dave! Sheila Propst Wake Forest, NC

We had a great experience after a plumbing emergency involving two broken pipes during a bathroom renovation on Friday, which would mean no water in the house for the weekend. After I frantically called nearly every plumber in town, Roto-Rooter answered and arranged to send a someone. Matt arrived only a little outside the four hour window. He was unable to do the job that night, but we arranged a time on Sunday morning. He was friendly and professional. Job was a little pricey, but hey, no one else could get to it, and compared to the overtime rates I heard from other companies, it was hardly exorbitant. Matt showed up Sunday and got the job done in under two hours. Very neat, clean work. The companys customer service was top-notch throughout the whole experience. I would definitely recommend.

What start off as a rocky start turned into a great service. Contacting RR at roughly 6:30 PM and expecting a 9:30 service appointment unfortunately turned into a 12:30 AM service called. However, how serviceman Desmond was polite, thorough, patient and informative about the situation. He was in a good mood, had a pleasant disposition and took time to answer all the questions me and my fiance had about our situation. Desmond was clean, professional and easy to talk to. After identifying our problem, he explained to us the scenario and promptly resolved the issue. It was a late night, but worth it. RR gave a discount due to the backed up schedule. There services and time was well appreciated. Furthermore, Desmond took some time to show how to resolve the issue should it arise again.

At midnight, watching all of the plumbing in half of the house back up and start flooding bathrooms with that sweet sewage smell, it is difficult to visualize the evening ending in a win. However....As soon as Mark Hadlock arrived, it was clear this would be a definite win. He got there fast, he had a smile on his face the whole time and serenaded us as he drilled pipes and removed toilets. He had expert knowledge of the problem, fixed it immediately, and left the bathrooms cleaner than when he got there. We could not be more pleased with the experience. And with three small children in the house, having functioning plumbing when everyone wakes up in the morning is huge bonus. We will definitely be using Roto Rooter again for any future plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Roto-Rooter for all plumbing projects - large or small. We called after a waste-backup in our home and got prompt response from dispatch. David arrived at our home less than an hour after our call to diagnose the cause of the backup. He found that the main waste line was backed up, and, after snaking the line, found that roots had compromised the pipe. His colleague Gerald came shortly after this discovery with a camera-equipped snake to pinpoint the site of the break. They arranged a replacement for the pipe in less than 48 hours, and John did an excellent job digging it out and replacing it. I will certainly rely on roto-rooter for any future plumbing issues thanks to the professional job performed by each of these technicians.

I had a main line blockage and everyone I talked to was saying it would be late today or tomorrow, even Monday, but Roto-Rooter had someone here in an hour. I had somewhere else to be this afternoon so no time to wait. It cost a bit more, which would make it a 4, but it was worth it. David G. was pleasant and very customer oriented, which made it a 5. He took care of the problem in no time and was cheerful while doing the work as well. Said that they would send someone out to run a camera thru it later and tell me if there was a line problem that caused the issue, no extra charge. Thanks for the help guys. Well done.

I had to call Roto-Rooter on a Saturday evening for a sewage drain clog. Not only did I speak to a pleasant dispatcher with exceptional customer service skills, but I got an excellent plumber named Steve, who also had exceptional customer service skills. He explained everything to me as he did it, let me look over his shoulder as he worked and explained how to prevent future clogs. His demeanor was extremely pleasant on a cold, rainy Saturday evening. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter at 331 Main Street, Durham, NC for quick and complete service. I will certainly call them for all future plumbing needs.

I arranged an appointment today to have my bathroom faucet replaced, and the plumber came one hour EARLY! It was fixed in due time, and this particular plumber did an excellent job. I was also able to use my special $30 Off coupon. He showed me the estimate, stated, very clearly, what needed to be done, and proceeded to do the work. He work non-stop, and the job was done quickly and thoroughly. In addition, the plumber was very courteous at all times. I recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone and everyone who has a plumbing problem in their home or business.

Mr. Luke Tech#644 was great he went beyond and exceeded all of my expectations.. His work was genuine and he did reworking what the other plumber mess up on my toilet bowl.
