Get pricing before you schedule a plumber. Recently called to repair a toilet. $75 service call and they wanted $136 to put in new guts and he was going to have to drive back to Myrtle Beach to get the parts. The toilet was loose at the base. He quoted $138 to pull it and put in a new wax ring. I went to walmart and bought a new flapper for less than $20 and put it on myself. Got out my wrench and tightened the bolts holding it to the floor. Works like new. But they did bill me for the $75 service call which felt more like a sales call. He kept wanting to sell me a service contract. WE were above $400 when I told him to leave. Be careful, Not a good value at those prices. I will be looking for another plumber

We are new to using Four Star, but our experience so far has been absolutely great! Our first initial contact was with the scheduling personnel, so courteous, professional, knowledgeable and cooperative. The inspection and start of the maintenance agreement call went so smoothly. They were prompt and thorough. The best part is they shared in depth information about the unit, the maintenance required and life expectancy. We just had them back for our first maintenance service call, they were early!! Our technician is the best. Four Star came highly recommended by many, now I understand why. We look forward to many great experiences with Four Star as our service provider for our HVAC system.

Worst service ever! During a service call their tech tried to stick us with a bill in excess for $1,700 for an alleged leaking condenser unit, or a $4,750 bill as an alternative for replacing the entire A/C system. The unit is less than 7 years old! A second opinion from two other local service providers found that there was no leak at all. The issue was fixed for less than $150. If I had the ability to rate this company with zero stars I would. Unfortunately one star is the minimum rating.

Jeff, the estimator, and Danny and Josh, installers, were all very professional and completed my project just as agreed and on time. The job was to install a repurposed cabinet replacing the original vanity, updated shower finishes, and toilet all requiring modification in my older home. They understood exactly what I wanted and took great care to carry out my vision. Very pleased. Will definitely call them again for help with future projects and plumbing needs.

Placed a call and repairman came in less than 2 hours. Repairman was extremely knowledgeable, was able to diagnose the problem, and locate the correct part, drove down and back on rte 501 in less than an hour to obtain the part. Replaced the part that was not working. Very pleased with his knowledge, diligence, and customer relations.

Four Star was great. I called on a friday at 4:53 and they still had someone come out to fix my a/c. The appt was for 5-7 pm and the guy showed up at 5:11. He was very thorough and professional. I am very happy with the service i recieved and will be calling them again!
