July 2, 2016, senior technician Joe Anderson made plumbing repairs to a upstairs bathtub to seal leaks from flooding through kitchen ceiling downstairs. This has been an ongoing serious daily problem in this apartment since April 2015. Other DS plumbing employees had attempted to resolve issues, but had been unable to repair them in the past. Mr Anderson was the first person to have a camera system with him to assess areas where water was accessing kitchen ceiling. He explained in detail what he did and what he found wrong. Water had been flowing from next door apartment whenever they used their shower for over a year now. Mr Anderson stated he needed to get permission from apartment management office in order to proceed to correct issues in next door apartment. Management has not allowed that access yet. He also noted that a single shower curtain in the apartment next door was on the outside of that tub and felt that could be creating some of the flooding issues. In my apartment, he noted that dripping from the shower turnoff knob, it needed to be relaced to prevent continuous dripping. That has not been repaired as yet. He proceeded to repair the flooding kitchen sink faucet. He tightened and completely sealed the new faucet to sink. This kitchen sink has been unusable since last year with even a threat from management that they would turn off all water if resident attemped to use kitchen water since last year. Thank you Mr Anderson for being my angel and making these repairs. Still have water coming from next door apartment when they shower however as of Sunday, June 5, 2016.

DS Plumbing sent a pressure washing company out to clean my entire driveway, when only three small spots were unintentionally put on the corner of my driveway when my neighbor was having a replacement water heater installed. Tommy, the owner of DSP, came out to look at my driveway right away, and he had Winston out to clean not only the spots off, but my entire driveway, including my front porch. Winston was very professional, as he explained the difference in concrete between my driveway and my front porch. He also explained the reason for some bad rust stains that were there as a result of metal objects that were mixed into my driveway concrete by my builder. He did an excellent job on everything, and my driveway is now clean enough to have it coated with a light concrete paint (two coats) that I had already contracted out to have done. Caretaker Services Pressure Washing did such a good job of cleaning (about 2,200 lbs. pressure on my driveway & about 400 lbs on my front porch with a household cleaner first) that my coating contractor told me that what is left of my rust stains will all be covered over by the light colored paint. I am very pleased, as he gave me a great education along with a great cleaning job! Also, I will now use DS Plumbing as my plumber for all my future plumbing needs, as they did a great job for my neighbor!

I have used them once before, but I will never use them again. Long story short, on a Thursday afternoon, we had a leak on a refrigerator ice maker line, so my wife called them to fix. After charging a $59 dispatch fee just to show up, they convinced my wife that it would cost $398 more to stop the leak. Thus, the total bill was $457 to fix a leak. The technician was on site for about 90 minutes. When i received the bill and asked for a breakdown between parts and labor, they refused. (I would guess the parts were less than $20) I asked to speak with a manager and/or have the manager call me. Weeks went by with no return phone call. When I called them again, they refused to provide justification for the excessive billing. Never, never again!!!

AMAZING SERVICE!! We came home to a soaking wet closet floor, and no water damage elsewhere. I was able to make an appointment in the morning and have a technician come out at 1:30 that afternoon. I was sure wed have to tear up the wall and floor in order to find the leaky pipe somewhere between our bathroom and closet. Luckily, Brian is great at his job and found out that it was a much simpler (and cheaper!!) fix. He also snaked the drain and fixed a stubborn sink while he was here. I ended up signing up for their loyalty club (definitely look into it, its a great deal), and although I hope not to have plumbing issues, Im glad to know DS Plumbing will be there to fix any problems that arise.

Ive used this company 3 times now, for 3 different problems and was completely satisfied each time, which is really something to say around here. Today they installed a kitchen faucet and replaced an outside hose bib which seemed to be frozen and we couldnt get it to move. They are highly professional, answering their phones promptly and setting up an agreeable time. They were ON TIME each of the 3 times, worked efficiently, covered their shoes with protective booties, and let me charge it with Visa. The receipt with all the services performed (including any pictures that were taken) was then sent to my email. Great company.

Requested an appointment online - got a call back very shortly (on the weekend!) to schedule for early next week. Tech arrived right when he was supposed to, we went over my issues, came up with a plan of attack, and he got to work. I got busy doing other things around the house, and about an hour later asked me to come check things out. Bill was very reasonable, and was written up and emailed to me while on-site. Paid with a credit card on their tablet (very cool!) and he was on his way.

Our first experience with Dependable Service was even better than expected. Eric came (on time!) to our condo unit to repair a leaking toilet. It would not flush or fill properly. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us a detailed estimate, and replaced the items needed to do the job right. Highly recommend these guys. If Eric is available, I would ask for him.

Friday after Thanksgiving we had a flooding toilet...upstairs. I called DS Plumbing and they told me that only one plumber was working and he would try to stop at our house on his way between jobs. William the plumber showed up with a smile and a calm and professional attitude. I was so relieved. He fixed the leak and a sink too. Thankful we are for DS Plumbing.
