HORRIBLE!! Horrible and deceptive business. I needed one toilet cleared on a Sunday for my tenants. The first and only thing the representative on the phone cared to explain was it would be billed "double time" because it was Sunday. The plumber who came to my home simply used a plunger to drain the toilet. That cost me $240. Furthermore, he advised my tenants to discard used toilet paper in the wastebasket as the septic tank would not accept paper. They did. The very next day they had the same problem. I called them back and was told it would be billed as another visit. I could not believe the audacity since the first problem was never fixed AND I paid double!!! I called a much more reputable company, Mr. Cs Plumbing, who came out at 10:00 that night and cleared a backup drain that was clogged and was located in full view for the plumber from JW, but never checked. All I can say to any prospective customer is steer clear of these guys, they are full of ....

I hired these guys and they charge you when they use their own wet vac. I had to ask them to leave when they wanted to charge me $860 bucks for a water heater that costs $280 dollars at home depot. My water heater broke. I cleaned up the spill. All they did was shut the water off. $280 bucks later they were gone. They did NOTHING!! They charge you for gas to get to your place. They charge $75 bucks and hour, they charge you for the wet vac, its rediculous. I had enough of their crap and called my friend who gave me the name of another guy who was affordable honest and who wont charge me three hundred percent what a part is worth.

I called on friday to make an appointmnet. A person said that he is going to call me back when someone will become available. I have not recieved any call on friday so i called on saturday again. A person got all my information and said that on monday at 9:30 someone will come and fix everything. Noone came so i called the firm again. This time not a very nice woman was answering the phine. I was on hold for quite a while and then she said that there is no appointment was made. There were other issues too.
