Just had plumbing work done on 8-17-16 and the technician completed the work in less than 1 hour and i was told its going to be $425.00. Couldnt get an explanation of why except for they charge $400.00 to go into the ground. The tech told me it was an elbow coupler that was right below the meter and thats why it was easy to get to. Watch out when calling this company as they sound reasonable but they ripped me off. They are in the Guide for the Ownership magazine......

I highly recommend West End Plumbing! I have been a customer for 8 years. They are reliable and stand by their work. Adam, the owner is amazing. He is very responsive to any questions and concerns. I once again, had some plumbing work done and Pete was outstanding. Everything was completed to my satisfaction. If you are looking for any plumbing work, this is the company you want to call. You may find cheaper, but never better. You get what you pay for!!

Over Exaggeratedly expensive !!! Replace valve and flap 2 toilets, quoted almost $500.00, what a joke! If I could give less than 1 star I would. Awful how they try to rip you off. The parts for both toilets is less than $50 at Home Depot and for a skilled plumber would be done with both in less than 1 hour. Thanks , but no Thanks!!!! Hope you enjoy my $29.99

JUSTIN AND MICHAEL PUT MY NEW WATER HEATER IN AND THEY WERE KIND, COURTEOUS AND THEY MADE SURE THERE WAS NO MESS FOR ME TO CLEAN UP. THE OFFICE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ON THE PHONE AND TOOK THEIR TIME TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY IN THE FUTURE AND RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

I was in a bind when my water heater broke. I called Westend Plumbing, they were out within 2 hours. They were able to fix the problem and before I knew it I was taking a hot shower. I will tell my friends and family this is an A+ company.
