Said it would be $250 for the first hour for a weekend service call. Normally that would have been high, but, on the weekend I agreed. When presented with the bill for 1 hours work, it was $295. I asked why the extra amount and the guy said the hourly rate starts from when he arrives and ends when he finishes writing the bill. So, I was charged a full extra half hour because it took him ten minutes to write the invoice and he said he was there for an hour and ten minutes. I will not be using their services again.

On 11.2.2016 I have called Miami Shores Plumbing to connect two vanities in my condo on 95 11 Collins avenue. Kenneth the owner of the Company gave me the approximate estimate over the phone.It was my very first time doing business with this Company.The plumber was scheduled on the next day. Mauricio was the name of the plumber.He was very knowledgeable, very kind and prompt.He completed the work at the price below the phone estimate.I highly recommend Miami Shores Plumbing.

Excellent plumbing service. Called in and had very good customer service. Arrived to my house at time scheduled and was he very fond of what he was doing. I really enjoyed the fact he took his time to fix my toilet. I am a loyal customer because I know they will perform excellent service.

I called them at 3 in the morning because my toilet wanted to flood my house.... they came, they saw, they repaired that toilet and now it hasnt happened since. Thank you MSP!
