Steve Davis of Rosher plumbing came through for my family after hurricane Irma swept through. He provided us with a generator so we wouldnt be left in the dark or lose what we had in the fridge. As if that wasnt enough to be thankful for, he really went over the top and provided us with an even larger generator enabling us the ability to run the air. We had resorted to cooling off in the car, and taking cold showers. Who knew this is what plumbers could do? I knew he was a standup guy with a reputable company. Years ago he recommended a tankless water heater, one that was more economical and energy efficient than the standard one we had that was leaking. The one he installed has paid for itself many times over. When we remodeled our kitchen he recommended and installed our new faucets. Most of all, we are thankful to him and his team of professionals for the times they have come quickly and worked their magic during plumbing emergencies, which homeowners with children are bound to have.

Wow! Great work!!! My water bill had been increasing month by month and I suspected a leak. The first company that came out could not find it after a 1/2 day of searching. Dick Rosher Plumbing arrived with a team of 2. They located the leak in an hour. It was in the yard and a tree root pierced the water main. They dug up the ground and fixed the leak. They also did a full inspection of my house and fixed some minor toilet leaks. They then told me I could get a one-time leak credit from Miami Dade County. I took Steves advice and received a $600 water bill credit. Great service!!!

I had a great experience with Steve Davis from Rosher Plumbing and Leak Detection. Mr. Davis was able to detect the source of my leak when 2 previous Plumbers were unable to do so. He identified the exact source of the leak quickly and fixed the problem. He is very professional, prompt, quite thorough, and very fair. I am very happy with the work Mr. Davis did, and I would not hesitate to call upon him again.

It was a terrible time trying to get the plumber to come to my apartment, but once he arrived (one day late) he worked some magic on my toilet. He was able to replace all of the components of the tank WITHOUT shutting off the water to the entire apartment complex! I and all the inhabitants of the apartment are grateful! I wish it could have been done a day earlier but alls well that ends well.

A pipe in my shower burst on a Saturday evening and after frantically calling several different plumbing companies, Dick Rosher Plumbing was the only one to respond. The owner, Stephen, was very helpful and considerate. He asked for pictures of the pipe and then went out and bought all the necessary parts before coming over. He was knowledgeable and fixed my shower quickly and with ease.

We used this company in the past and were pleased. However the last time we called, we felt extremely ripped off. We were quoted for the cost of replacing a valve and installing copper tubing to new fridge. Valve was not replaced and we were charged as if it were. On top of that no invoice. I suspect we got ripped off by employee and owner is unaware. We lost all faith in this business.

Lost the heating rods in my in-unit, half-high, circular hot water heater - good deal and job. After a couple years, no hot water again, and the owner stayed on the phone to walk me thru testing and fixing the flipped circuit breaker inside the unit - hot water back in business! Much appreciated, and no charge at all. Highly recommended.
