First, Im pretty sure they wrote all of the reviews on here so beware. I thought Id write this so that theres a review from an actual customer. Second, if it wasnt for the fact that the plumbers do great work, Id never hire them again. The office staff is inept, schedules you, reschedules you, forgets about you, promises someone will be there tomorrow knowing no one will, and then after you call a million times they act like theyre doing you a favor sending someone out. They dont return calls until its too late for them to do anything, and when a plumber finally gets to your house, he didnt even know youd been waiting. You can tell they (specifically the owner) want to get as much money out of you as possible, and if you have a contract watch out, it seems that everything is an "extra". I have learned a trick with them for better service. Say you found them on Angies List. I dont know why, but that makes the office staff jump into action. I have no complaints about the work. If there was another company that hired the same plumbers, Id go there, but the office is so mismanaged that even though the work is great, the headache isnt worth it.

What a great place! Thank you Ibrahim and Coral Gables Plumbing for making my life easier. I had no idea as to what to buy to get the bathroom remodeling off the ground. Ibrahim was extremly courteous, professional and helped me pick out the shower head to the drain for my new bathroom He knew exactly what we needed. We went to so many different plumbing stores in Doral, Hialeah, and as far as Boca Raton and we did NOT get the level of service that we did when we first stepped into Coral Gables Plumbing. I highly recommend their store and will refer my customers to them for their plumbing and remodeling needs for their kitchen and bathroom. Thanks Ibrahim and Coral Gables Plumbing!! You are amazing!

I have had Coral Gables Plumbing do several jobs in my home. Their work is always professionally done. However, you must be present at all times. They charge $120.00 per hour and any fraction thereof. This last time they did work in my home, my son had to leave and I was unable to get there until about one hour later. When I arrived the plumber was sitting outside talking on the phone. The company uses a tracker to track the amount of time each person is at a specific location. The plumber arrived at 1:17 pm and left at 3:25 pm so I was charged one more hour for the 8 minutes extra from 3:17 to 3:25. I ended up paying $360 in labor for installing a water line for the water dispenser in my refrigerator.

What a great business for help and support. When everything seemed to be going wrong with my kitchen project, I shared my chaos with Ibrahim and Brendon. What I got in return was support, intelligent ideas and a true desire by them to help me. When 2 products were installed and proved to be defective, they were replaced rapidly with no questions asked!! The business is well run with competent personnel who are efficient, professional and on time!!! I finally have a plumbing service I can rely on for all my future remodeling needs and plumbing problems.

We absolutely love coral gables plumbing. They have competitive pricing, excellent customer service. We went elsewhere initially for fixtures and ended up choosing from them supplies for our entire home remodel. I dont regret it one bit. Everything was done on time and at the time promised with great clean-up. We even used them when selling our previous home to fix a problem present just before selling. They did this with minimal mess and with great service. I recommend them to anyone who asks for a good plumber. Thanks guys!

Ibrahims assistance for my master bathroom remodeling was invaluable. I made countless visits to the store, each time with different questions and different problems. Ibrahim helped me through every step - selection, purchase and delivery (overseas) with ease and skill. He made himself available at the drop of a hat - no problem was too small. Even followed up with replacing a defective jacuzzi part and sending a second sink - no questions asked. No need to look any further for the best plumbing store in south Florida!

Just bought a ton of stuff from them on my new home. Ibraham was extremely helpful, and went out of his way for me, so I will 100% be back for anything in the future. The prices also turned out cheaper than anything I saw online which was great. Was nice having him point out exactly what we would need for the project, rather than going to HD and trying to figure it out myself. The last thing you want with any remodel is any more issues..which were avoided with Ibrahams expertise. Glad I skipped the big box stores

Waited from 10am to 4:30pm. Made a thoudsand calls to ask what time. Still no show-up. They told me they had traffic. Thanks to Coral Gables Plumbing Co, I wasted a whole day. But they told me a good story today. "We will come right after 10:00am" "We will come before noon" "We will come after 1:00pm" "We will come around 3:00 because we are having traffics" "We are on the way to your house" "Guess what, we are coming tomorrow, have a good day. Yeah"

Very professional team and accommodating. Pleasant staff when Ive called and at the parts dept. Ive been to the Kitchen and Bath showroom and they do a great job with the product selection and variety to help you get a sense of the style best for you if you dont already have a set idea. They do tend to carry more higher quality items than other places Ive been to which worked better for me and the project I was doing at the time.

If you need to call a contractor, something has gone wrong in your house. The situation is already very stressful. Calling Coral Gables Plumbing can bring peace back to your life. Every time I have needed something, they have been on time, stuck to their quote, fixed the problem and left the area clean. What more can you ask for? This was the only company I could get to call me back. Too bad the guy on the phone was so incredibly rude! Telling my wife hed have to rip out the tile, etc., and do we know what were doing. All this for a basic shower valve cartridge replacement. He said "I think this trip is going to be a waste of time." So, yeah, dont come! I wouldnt allow someone so rude into my house.
