I called on Monday and was immediately connected to a gentleman named Tim. He seemed egar to help on the initial call and said he would text me so I could give him the address of my condo building. I do live in a strict building where insurance must be provided in order to allow anyone on site so I knew he would not be coming that day. He told me he submitted the insurance and then I tired to schedule an apointment for the following day. He told me he would have to go to his office to check his schedule and would get back to me. I asked him to let me know as soon as possible since I have to let my building know of the appointment. The next morning I received a text and he asked if morning was okay, it was not as I had an appointment and it was already 930am. I told him afternoon was better and he said okay he would text me later. Never heard from him again. I sent a message that day, as well as giving an alternative time the next day of 4 hours and never heard back. Finally after much frustration and no reply from him, I simply had to text him that I no longer need his services. Now I am back to square one but hopefully this new plumber will reply in a prompt timeframe and not waste my time. It was very inconsiderate and thank goodness not a complete plumbing emergency or I would have been in a bad situation. Would not recommend.

Tim is a knowledgeable and upstanding professional. I thought we had a slab leak. There was water coming up from a crack in the floor next to the toilet. The crack appeared out of no where. Tim came by right after another job he had nearby - only 2 hours from the time I called. He quickly identified that we dont have any leaks. We just needed a double wax ring on our newly installed toilet. And the leak in the wall he identified as not coming from any pipes, but from the roof, and suggested we called a roofer if we want it fixed. He quickly identified the problem - which is something my husband and I can fix ourselves - and didnt charge us anything. He was also great with our crazy dogs who were jumping all over the place. I didnt have a leak, but next time I do - or if I need anything for my water heater - I will call Tim because he is honest and he knows what he is doing.

Really grateful for the fast, efficient, and excellent service. We called on a Friday night after coming home to an unexpected sewage backup and unusable bathrooms. These guys were at the house in no time and worked for hours (well into the night) until the issue was resolved. Once realizing the problem required more work, Tim made sure to work around my hectic schedule while making sure the issue was resolved promptly. I thought for sure coming back to do more work meant hours of waiting around and more mess... but I was so surprised when Tim was on time, to the minute, and fixed the last items in a matter of minutes, all while cleaning as he went. In a crisis its scary calling random places you find online, Im grateful we were led to Fort Lauderdale Plumber and now have a go-to plumber if needed.

We were new to the area and was looking for a reasonable plumbing company. We previously worked with another major named company and paid an outrageous price to unclog a drain. We found the Fort Lauderdale Plumber Company very reasonable to resolve a different plumbing issue. Tim arrived on time and was very polite and professional and did excellent work. Later we had an emergency and called the Fort Lauderdale Plumbing Company. We were connect to Tim once again. He responded promptly and resolved the situation. We are glad we have found a reasonable and professional plumber in our area, that we will definitely use for future plumbing issues.

We had an interior 40 gallon water heater that burst and leaked out in our laundry room. Tim arrived on time to install a exterior LP tankless water heater. Due to the change in type of water heater he was installing he had to reroute the water lines outside. This job took longer than expected and he had another employee come to assist. He finished late about 9:30 pm and my family was grateful to have hot water. His price was very reasonable and they did a great job. Tim is a super nice guy and down to earth. I would highly recommend these guys. Thanks Tim.

Woke up Thursday morning to my main water line busted. I called a few plumbers to come by for some estimates. The last one I called was Ft Lauderdale Plumber. And guess what... Tim (Ft Lauderdale Plumbing) was the first one to show up with a smile, shook my hand and got to the task at hand. He temporarily fixed the pipe so I could have running water for the day. Then the estimates came in. Tims was the most reasonable. And competed the job in one day. I would highly recommend Ft. Lauderdale Plumbing.

Best plumber in Fort Lauderdale! Tim was very fast at getting back to me, and quickly addressed the issues I had (tub to shower conversion, noisy pipes and a leaky toilet). It is hard to find an honest person these days, but he gave me some tips on how to find the items I needed on Amazon and at Home Depot and didnt convince me I needed to spend a lot to get the results I wanted. I am so glad I found this company, and I will recommend them to everyone! Thanks Tim!

Tim is an honest plumber. I had an issue with my toilet, called this company, the person ran a remote diagnostic with some basic questions and a picture. He identified the issue as simple to solve and gave me instruction on how to fix it and so I did. I offered to pay him something but he would not accept. In parallel, the other plumber I was talking to wanted to charge me $400 for a complete service and toilet installation.. strongly recommend this company.

Tim is not a man of his word. Had a plumbing issue that I needed to be quickly resolved. He misled me to believe that he was coming the next day. Called him in mid-afternoon to confirm if the appointment was still going to happen. Assured me that we "were on the list" and that I should expect a call within 30 minutes. That call never happened. I still have the same problem and he has not made any attempt to contact me.

In South Florida, as a home owner, we have to be cautious of the service providers we contract with because of all the real horror stories. Well, that is not the case with Fort Lauderdale Plumber. I had a problem with my water supply recently, where I had no water at all on a Sunday afternoon. I called the plumber and Tim arrived within the hour. He repaired the system so we could get back to normal for Monday. He was fast, courteous and cost much less than I thought. He was a pleasure to deal with, and I will call him whenever i need him.
