Called Rapid-Rooter to repair a dripping kitchen faucet. They came the same day (afternoon). Dmitri G explained what needed to be done and noticed another problem with valves. Service was polite and I was called by the office to be advised of timing delay (a nice courtesy, as Ive had other repair work done when they either didnt show up or didnt call to say they would be hours late). I took a star off for the pricing. According to Home Advisor (google them), the average cost for faucet repair in Miami area is between 150 and 267. The faucet repair was higher than the high-end of average at $295--and that was a discounted price as per the plumber. (We provided the Delta faucet). And the Valves repair was 250, plus cost of the parts (they supplied). The new faucet installation plus the valves repair and etc came to $620. I put the prices only so yall have an idea what to expect for similar service. Faucet is working fine now and its nice to know the shut-off valves are operable. (How these things stop being operable, dunno, but there it is.) We printed out the $25 coupon from the website to use for the visit. You may want to check if its still available if you schedule service. Great service: excellent courtesy, pleasant plumber (Dmitri). The star off is for the higher price than expected or as documented via HomeAdvisor for this area. We had used Rapid-Rooter several times in the past and I would call them again. We know theyll show up when they say they will, call if they can come sooner, call if they are late-- and that matters a lot in Miami.

Dave was congenial and did the job in a timely manner. He didnt leave a mess. So I liked him but I had to wait overnight without water because they were too busy to send a plumber. I was scheduled for Saturday afternoon but they called and said the tech was too busy on a job and would be over in the morning. I had to turn the water off in the house and so I had to do without it till Sunday morning. I told the scheduler the earlier the better because I wanted to go to church. He got here at 10. I had hoped for earlier. Roto rooter did a good job communicating though. I was notified at every turn and I really appreciated that. I especially like the 30 minute call prior to arrival.

My elderly mother resides in Coconut Creek and she experienced a backed up sewer line in her home on the 4th of July. I live nearly 3 hours away in Central Florida and felt helpless and expected there was no chance of getting this problem resolved on a holiday. To my surprise Rapid Rooter was not only open but they were able to get out to moms home within an hour and snake open the drain. My mother was thrilled with the service she received from technician Ace and he went above and beyond the call of duty by helping her clean up the mess in her bathtub. I saved the Rapid Rooter number in my cell phone for any other emergencies that may arise in the future.

Woke up Sunday morning to go to the bathroom and found my home flooded with water from a broken pipe under my sink. I was freaking out, called Rapid Rooter they had a tech out in about 20 mins,give or take a couple mins. He found it was the pipe my husband had worked on the day before, he was able to make a quick and neat repair. The plumber also found the the toilet was running when he was working on the water pipes. He explained how by replacing a minor part I would save money on my water bill. These guys are awesome they do great work and give you options. They will even fix what your husband messes up. Rapid Rooter you have another loyal customer!!!!

Prompt, courteous service. Pumping of septic done effectively, if expensively. Could not clear the clogged bathtub or fix flooding bathroom after about 2 hours of running snakes inside and from the roof, and then bringing in a high priced camera to locate "broken pipes". Recommended treatment? $6700 to tunnel under the house and replace old pipes. I brought in another plumber for 2nd opinion. This one cleared the clogged line in 1/2 hour and recommended replacing a broken pipe behind the wall in the bathroom. Total cost - $600. To their credit, RR refunded the part of the bill related to the snaking and diagnosing

Had my septic tank cleaned . Ace, the technician was polite & professional. After opening my septic tank he explained what I was looking at. He told me to continue treating the tank monthly as I had been doing. He didnt try to tell me there was a problem as the technicians in the past have. When pump take arrived they kept it on the street to protect my driveway. Once the septic tank was pumped & cleaned after replacing the tank lid they filled the hole in & left my property looking great. I appreciate Ace placing a tarp on my grass which made it easier for him to fill the hole & kept my grass looking good. Great job !

Came home from work one night and went to take a shower to find out my sewer was backing up. I found Rapid Rooter from google and figured I would give them a call. Even with it being 10 pm, they had a plumber named Jordan at my house in no time. He was very nice and professinal and gave me a fair price before even starting the job. They had to bring out a truck to jet my line which the manager Nishan drove it out and between them both got my drains working again! Very happy with the service, this company will be the only plumbers in my phone and I will let everyone one I can know about this company.

Had a serious plumbing issue at my condo. Rapid Rooter responded very quickly. The technician onsite was very knowledgeable and went in to great detail the work he was going to perform to solve our problem prior to beginning his service. The work was completed with precision detail and the pricing was more than fair for extent of our problem. I will definitely call Rapid Rooter again and I have already begun telling other members of our condo community, as well as our friends in the surrounding area, how great of a job they did for us. Highly Recommend. A+++

I had a sewer pipe jam, my toilet and tub were backing up. I work out of town. Manuel, the tech came out, assessed the situation, called me and offered the solution to go on to my roof and rapid root the pipe(s). He then took the time and sent pics of the wipes that were clogging my pipes up. He told me that if I had any problems, to call him. The next day, my other toilet clogged. I called Manuel directly, he came out, cleared that clog free of charge. Manuel saved the day. I highly recomend Rapid Rooter, and DONT FLUSH WIPES DOWN THE TOILET!

I just wanted to warn everyone about the price gouging going on with this company in Margate Fl. I had their service guy come to the house and give an estimate on changing a kitchen faucet out. I have the replacement faucet and the job wouldve taken him less than an hour. He tells me $225.00!! WHAT!?!? Does this guy have a PHD in Faucets?? I called Presten the Manager/Supervisor at the Margate location and he was very rude. He tells me their cost is $130.00 an Hr. Hummmmmm, Sounds shady to me. STAY AWAY FROM THESE RIPOFFS!!
