Mark Mansour

They do not stand by their work. I had $2,000 worth of work done to replace a part of my main drain line. All work was outside. The line has needed cleaning at least 3 times since then. Found out the connection between the new line and the old cast iron was not done properly creating a blockage point in my line. The refuse to correct their mistake. They now recommend we replace the next section of drain line for another $2,000 although there is no apparent problem with that section except where they messed up the connection to the new PVC section.

Great place for supplies especially for older homes. Husband found online, called, they answered his questions had what we were looking for in stock. (1st time customer) Husband came home stated this is his new place to shop. They have everything in stock for the older homes such as ours, had plenty of in stock items. Great guys he loves it here. We have many DIY projects (as we have rental properties) shop a lot at home depot but when it comes to older items for homes HD is a joke...

After 31 years I finally needed a water heater. Researched brand and model and then called around. American carried the quality unit I wanted and charged less than everyone else who sold inferior stuff. A fellow named Mark came out and in 2 hours he was done. Real clean and perfect job. There is nothing I could have wanted beyond what I got. Got a plumbing problem? Call these folks.

First technician Casey knew what he was doing and we scheduled leak investigation. Sent us a different technician whom showed up 90 minutes late and did nothing. They then scheduled another service call on their own for Monday morning and couldnt even remember the details of what they did or when they did what....

Total rip off. They couldnt do something tried charging $600 so I brought another guy who did it for 150. Stay away owner seemed greedy to me. Plumbers charge drive time as well. They give this line about being in business since the Era of Christ but its hogwash.

I needed an old Valley shower handle replacement that Home Depot didnt have. They had it and were pretty knowledgeable. If you like to DIY or need help with plumbing theyre more helpful than Home Depot

They have all miscellaneous plumbing parts other big box stores dont have. This is a great do yourself place and they will answer your plumbing questions.
