Castle Hill Academy has been such a blessing for my family. As a first time mother, I was terrified of leaving my child with someone other than close family. Mrs. Terri and her staff went over and beyond to make my transition smooth. My son has been at Castle Hill since he was 11 months old; He will be turning 5 in a few weeks. In each room transition as he has grew older, the high structure of the classroom has been very beneficial. I believe that he is advanced both socially and academically due to Castle Hill. The class size to teacher ratio has always impressed me. Mrs. Terri really goes over and beyond to provide the highest quality of care and education for the children. Also, the facility is very safe and secure. One cannot enter without a 4 digit code that was chosen in the enrollment process. In the 4 years that my son has been there, Ive never had a minor complaint. Castle Hill Academy is truly the best!

Looks can be deceiving! My son was picked up by his Grandfather but no one at Castle Hill could tell me this. My son was not given snacks per his teacher. My sons arm was BROKEN and I was NOT notified! I was informed of the accident on the way home that day by my son. Once confronted, we were told Castle Hill was under staffed, my son appeared okay, so the incident report was thrown away. I am still battling with them for payment of doctor bills a year later. I made a TERRIBLE mistake entrusting Castle Hill to care for my child.

My child has attended Castle Hill Academy since she was 1 and has received nothing but EXCELLENT care. My daughter had a variety of food allergies (dairy, nuts, etc.) and the staff at Castle Hill has always been very accommodating to her.They are well organized, clean, friendly, and we always pick my daughter up happy. Its very comforting to know that my daughter is in such great hands and I would recommend Castle Hill Academy to anyone.

Absolutely love Castle Hill Academy. I was a stay at home mom and very nervous to put my children in a child care facility. But the staff are so nice, its so clean, and my kids learn so much! Im so happy to know my kids are being taken such good care of.

This Daycare in Lake City is just awesome! The whole staff is truly friendly and informative, any time i needed to know what happened to my child they would always let me know about it personally. Plus my kids love them as well, which is a BIG plus....

Castle Hill is the best!!! Ive never had an issue with staff or care of any kind with my children and we have been a customer for 2 years!! Love them!! The owners are dedicated and the staff is kind.

My son went to vpk here a few years ago and now my daughter is in the vpk program and both kids are there after school. The staff are always friendly and both my kids love coming here.
