This is one of the WORST daycares i have ever brought my daughter to. There are way to many kids for the small amount of teachers there and not one has a good attitude. This is a tough thing to separate yourself from your child at a young age and they did not help with that transition at all. No one had a smile, no one greeted you with positivity and seemed like no one really cared what the kids were doing. The fact that my husband has been there one time to get our daughter and he was able to walk in and walk out without talking to anyone tells me their sense of security is lacking as well. Every time i picked my daughter up she ran to me screaming crying as fast as she can, and all i ever got from the teachers was judgement. They constintly asked if we hold her to much at home, if we understand her because they think shes behind on talking, and telling us how sad she is all day but never once told us what they did in the 8 hours of her being there to try to calm her down and like were she was. Not to mention they are pretty expensive if i were you i would look around and go somewhere else unless you want a cranky baby all night after a long day of work.

I found the staff along with the owner completely disrespectful and very judgmental because im not from here. For someone to be as rude as they were I was taken aback. You pride yourself with the program you offer but you treat people like they are beneath you speaks volumes. How am I supposed to put my kids in the care of these people if they treat you this way? How are they treating kids when no one is looking? Are they giving them the same treatment they do parents and/or possible future employees? I am deeply troubled by the actions of the staff and the owner.

I did not find the staff friendly OR helpful. The program Director seemed irritable and unhappy. For future reference to anyone trying to utilize Floridas VPK program, know this; it is NOT free here. VPK at this location gets you a discount. minimum payment fee is 22 dollars a day. that covers 4 hours a day. maximum of 40 dollars a day for 8+ hours. for those mothers and fathers trying to get their kids an early start but dont have 80+ dollars a week to spend, this is not a good choice.

My daughter goes here twice a week and I have to say they are always friendly and wonderful with my daughter and my daughter is always clean and dry when I get her back there. My child loves it here. Its very clean and well managed and they are the cheapest daycare around that gives so much attention and care to the children. Right now my daughter has Ms.Lisa and shes absoultly wonderful ! Mrs.Stacey is also Wonderful.

I am one of the owners of Discovery Point in Trouble Creek and I am disappointed that our staff did not provide you the excellent customer service we strive to provide our customers. I must clarify that Floridas VPK is a free 3-hour per day program. We provide additional extended care for working parents that need child care while they are at work the rest of the day.

I love this place! Everyone here is so nice and friendly and know my son by name! Mrs. Linda and Ms. Dani are the best. They love on the kids like they were their own and just great teachers. My son has come so far this past year in vpk and I owe it to them. Thank you guys for being there and being such great people! Forever recommend you guys to friends and family.

You will find a caring, happy environment for children and adults alike. The management and staff are professional, happy and always willing to help. This is a new school and it shows! Very clean and well cared for. A safe, great place for my son to spend the day.
