If you are looking for your grandmothers kind of care and guidance, this is the place for your child!! Having moved from out of state, this was the 3rd place I looked at and walking in felt like home. Both my children (3 and 2 yrs at the time) attended and graduated, and we still go back year after year to see familiar faces and friends. The playtime is appropriate and the learning steps are great for getting them ready for VPK and Kindergarten. Of GREATEST note, my 2 yr had delayed learning due to delayed hearing, which affected his social interactions. This was quickly noticed by the staff and they bent over backwards getting him into the Fiddlers program, where he got the therapy and a learning plan in place to get him where he needed to be. He is now a thriving 2nd grader at Plato Academy. Last note, the basis of the preschool is religious, but the core teaching are in line with agnostic views as well. Do not let this get in the way of your decision, as Peace, Love and Kindness is universal!

My oldest son who is now 10 years old attended this school from the time he was 2 until he went on to kindergarten. Mind you he had a late birthday and so he spent an extra year attending this preschool. It was a wonderful experience. Not only was he prepared when going into kindergarten, but he grew a strong faith in Jesus through the school. The staff is comprised of caring individuals that I have seen first hand go above and beyond to help their students. I have another son who is getting ready to start at this preschool in a few weeks. That being said, there is no where else that I would rather have him but in their care.

Took my child to look at the school to possibly enroll her. When we first got there, a group of 3 year olds with their two teachers walked out as we were walking in. Both women were rude and looked absolutely miserable. The kids all looked unhappy. Two children walked a bit faster than the other kids so the teacher started yelling at them and made them go back and forth to practice walking. These kids are maybe 3 years old. It just seemed like a very unhappy place.

Seems like there is high teacher turnover. Also my son did not learn one thing in his 3 year old class. No learning agenda that I could see. They spend an hour on the playground. Most preschools are 20 min. If you are looking for a place for your child to just play all day and not learn anything - then this is the place. It is safe & teachers are nice but, thats about it. Kindergarten teachers didnt have a teaching degree when I asked them either.

Goodness, there are so many positive things to say about this school. The most important thing for me is the love that I felt each individual had for my child. When you are a working parent and you have to leave your kids it is so important that you know your kid is safe and someone is giving them the attention they deserve. The kids arent a number and I dont leave with a broken heart and when I pick her up I get to hear about her awesome day.

Both of my children attended First Baptist Church Preschool. I fell in love with the welcoming warm hearted teachers and the administration. My children were well prepared for the big kids school and I thank you all for being a great part of their success. I miss you all and the gummy bears!

This is an amazing school. The teachers are great and the family loving environment is so welcoming to all. I would recommend anyone that has an interest in developing their young child to go there. The directors and teaching staff are on top of everything.

This Preschool is absolutely amazing. When you first walk in it smells and looks clean, which that is a major thing to me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the Christian atmosphere and organization of the classrooms.

We loved the school and the teachers! 2 out 3 of my children went here from 2 years old until they started kindergarten and my 3rd for a short period because we moved. I wish I could have moved the school with us!

Great school! Very loving teachers, very clean, and very good meals. My best friends kids (now 12 and 9), my nieces (now 10 and 7), and my boys (now 8 and 4) have all gone there and have all loved it!

We went there to check out the school for our kid, but we didnt see anything that would make us jump. It was probably OK, but we were not looking for something like that.
