I chose this facility because it is Kids R Kids, and I love the Kids R Kids philosophy, curriculums, and accreditation. I am not the kind of parent that chooses a place out of convenience. Unfortunately, this daycare is just a daycare. I really wanted to give this place a chance because it has great potential, but it’s not the best place for my child. After a month-and-a-half, I must provide other parents like me an honest review… Pros: Excellent looking facilities- The rooms and playground look great. Fantastic director - Ms. Alice is amazing. Neutral: Watchmegrow – The watchmegrow program is here, but the kids’ activities are out of view for much of the day. Cons: Poorly trained staff and teachers – The childcare providers they’re hiring are not the best… The front desk staff is unfriendly and untrained. Apathetic, rude owner – When I reached out to the owner with questions after noticing the teachers were not doing what the Kids R Kids philosophy promotes, she rudely told me she didn’t have time to care about “one" child. Youd think a childcare provider would know each and every child matters.... Two hour forced naptime – The teachers physically force the children to lay down for two hours. If they wake up after one hour, they are forced to lie there eyes-wide-open, staring into space. A good practice is to do quiet activities when children do not want to nap or wake up early. Poor curriculum – Though the Kids R Kids name is used here, the teachers are not skilled enough to administer the Kids R Kids curriculums. If your child is smart, he/she will not be happy here, standing around, twiddling their thumbs for most of the day. Limited communication- My daughter cried for three hours straight today, but no one thought to call me and inform me of this. I found out after I called much later. The weekly schedules and other communication are not delivered to individual parents- you have to take a picture of them to review them outside of the facility.

My children attended VPK here at Kids R Kids Trinity. Their teachers Ms Alana and Ms Natalie are the greatest! I have triplets and I love that they are each treated as the individual person they are. Things I love: -Great Communication - I get weekly emails telling me what the kids are learning and what to expect that week -Very Organized - monthly curriculum calendar with daily homework assignments is sent home - The kids have learned a lot of Spanish - They focus on things like manners and respect in addition to academics. - The included lunch program has my kids eating foods they dont necessarily want to eat at home - Academically my boys have grown leaps and bounds. Especially my one boy who showed zero interests in academics at the beginning of the year is now almost reading and seems to have even excelled past his brothers in some areas. Things I dont love: - I was disappointed when my kids came home talking about a book that was read to them explaining why some kids have two mommies or two daddies. I felt like this is MY job as a parent to explain those things, not the schools job. - The school has an awesome sprayground but it is not used by the VPK program at all. - Im not a huge fan of car circle for VPK. Id rather walk my kids in and out of the classroom at this age. Overall Ive been very happy with the facility and the program and would definitely recommend it!

O STARS! I have to AGREE WITH MELISSA! I had my daughter in kids R kids when they just opened and while i found the front staff to be friendly, the principle and my daughters teacher were horrible! I had her in school for less than 2 months! The watchmegrow app is also good but limited to classroom. I witnessed a teacher throwing a book ( more than a friendly toss) at my daughter and another little girl after what i assume was their request. When i confronted the staff and principle i got a well take care of it NON-solution. The unprofessionalism from the teachers is unacceptable. I witnessed this same teacher say something to the extent of work that pole to a 3 year old dancing during a dance class presentation, while i was right there, as was another a staff member/parent. My daughter came home repeating phrases that i deemed unacceptable for my 3 year old and when i asked her where she learned to say that, she stated her teacher said it all the time. This was the last straw for me, which is when i withdrew my daughter and never took her back again! Parents my personal experience with this school was unsatisfactory to say the least.

Two of my boys have attended VPK at Kids R Kids Trinity, starting right after the facility first opened, and we have had wonderful experiences with both kids. Safety is a huge concern for me, and this school exceeds my expectations. I feel completely comfortable dropping off my son every morning, knowing he is in good hands. The VPK curriculum is challenging yet interesting for the kids, and has really prepared him for kindergarten. In addition to academics, I love that they teach the importance of good manners, being a good friend, Spanish words, and respect for nature. Toward the beginning of the school year, there seemed to be a high teacher/assistant turnover, which can be stressful for the kids, but that is to be expected with a newer school. And that is no longer a problem, as theyve had the same teacher for quite a while now, who my son absolutely loves! Highly recommend Kids R Kids Trinity to anyone looking for excellent pre-k or daycare.

We had our son here for 6 months. The only reason we had to take him out was because we moved states. We loved it and everyone in the infant room! Every time I came in to the room, or looked in on him on Watch Me Grow, there were always teachers holding babies and doing what needed to be done. There was never just someone standing around having a conversation. They were always quick to tell me if anything happened or if they noticed he was getting a rash. They were the ones who actually pieced together that my son was allergic to a certain diaper cream. I felt good about leaving my son with them, that in my book is enough.

My Daughter contracted hand-foot-and-mouth disease at this center. It is uncomfortable and painful for her. She is getting blisters on her mouth, hands, feet and buttocks. According to our family Doctor we can only give her pain medication until it runs its course. I don’t pay this place to keep poor hygiene so this can happen to my child.

Kids r Kids Learning academy has great teachers however the teachers hardwork is overshadowed by lack of management skills from the higher ups.
