Hair stylist was horrible! Was not listening to a word I was saying, was sticking to what she learned 30 years ago, as she said, doesnt know any new techniques at all! She started by attacking my hair being in the military bun, then got an attitude because she did not understand what I was saying, said I didnt know what I wanted. I know what I want Ive been cutting my hair same way for years, just because you dont understand theres no need to be rude. They had sn amazing stylist but shes not there anymore. The salon is not worth going to! Will not make this mistake again. For the future try to listen and talk over your customer!

I have been a customer of this salon for many years. The stylists are friendly and welcoming. If you need a haircut and are in the area I would recommend a visit. As a guy who likes my hair kept short, I go in about every 2 weeks. Never knowing when Ill have the time to pop in, my hair has been cut by whoever is the next available stylist--so Ive rotated through them all. I have always been pleased.

My hair was so long they didnt know what to do with it. My first stylist didnt even use the right technique when cutting because she didnt know what she was doing. She had to pass me over to another stylist. I asked for a v-shape with no layers. They have my layers and my V-shape was so uneven!!! I had to go home and fix it myself. I

Had a great experience getting my cut at this location a week or so ago. Had an issue with the coupon I was using, but it was resolved in the end.
