Horrible staff. Couldnt stress that enough. No one greets. A male hair dresser farted and then publicly announced it. Walked in and couldnt tell who worked there. My sister got her hair trimmed by a younger girl who had the worst attitude and was very unprofessional. She couldnt answer questions about hair products or styles. In the middle of cutting my sisters hair she told my sister to "hold on" while she checked her personal cell phone to see if someone called. She also told my sister her hair looked horrible with spilt ends. While I was waiting on her, the other staff were talking and blabbing really loud about clients and complaining to me about clients. The whole staff were talking amongst themselves and being very immature. By far, the WORST HAIR SALON EVER. This truely is not an exaggeration but disappointment. Where is Tabithas Takeover when ya need one?? Wish I could put 0 stars. Overall... Terrible. If you wish to be ignored and want horrible service then sure, waste your money here. Id recommend getting what you want at a nice professional place, like Panache.

HORRIBLE! Ihadjusthad my nails done for an event and went there to have my hair done while my nails dry. Simple blow-out/ straightening. The girlused a cheap plastic brush and I knew she hadnoidea what she was doing. In the end my hairlooked dry and frizzy. It looked better when I walked in!! I then remarked how bad it was and asked her to put it partially up. Then I gotup to leave and she stopped me for payment. I told her this was the worse experience and that Iwas not going topay for such horrible service. What is worse is they wanted $80!!!! They said it was now a blow-out and updo!! for a 1/2 braided pony tail. I still refused and they said they would call security and threatened me to pay. I paid the $80 and complained to the BBB and the company and my credit card. I cant believe they are still in business!! DONT GO THERE.. Youll be sorry!

Autum is incredible she always cuts and styles my hair. GREAT JOB!!!!!! On the other hand Angela I guess a stylist. While I was getting my hair cut this very unprofessional woman Angela decided that is was a good idea to pop zits in the mirror for everyone to see. When you thought she may be finished popping her zits she immediately went to the register she was doing something. Oh did I mention she DID NOT WASH HER HANDS. Then decided she didnt get all of that pimple she sat down and started picking at it again. Than began complaining to another stylist that she must have gone into her locker an took her long apron in front of customers. Angela you are very unprofessional and need many lessons in customer service and A MUST HYGIENE THIS TIME PAY ATTENTION

I spent over two hours there today. The girl that did my hair was very nice. However, she needed help to cut my hair. Im ok with the learning curve thing BUT i had to have it washed twice AND styled TWICE and the WORST PART - I PAID $166 FOR ONE OF THEM TO LITERALLY RIP MY BRAND NEW NOSE RING (which is a little tiny stone, no ring, just tiny) OUT OF MY NOSE WITH HER COMB! Now its bleeding, swollen and I am LIVID! Im contacting management in the morning. Im so upset! She needs to pay for the hair do, the new nose ring AND PAY TO HAVE IT REDONE...they close within 30 min and its too bloody and swollen to leave it in!

This place absolutely sucks. I knew I was making a huge mistake coming here but its Sunday and I couldnt find another hair salon open in the county. The service is awful. I came in and waited at the front desk to sign in for what must have been 10 minutes, while the four miserable donkeys that work here went about various tasks without even acknowledging my presence. If youre looking for a place for anythin other than cutting your kids hair, go somewhere else. Hair cuttery is the mcdonalds of hair salons

What ever happened to getting what you are willing to pay for???? The girl cutting my hair-who knows who it was-no name no introduction-no posting of HER license at the chair........ I told her what I wanted and she says :Oh No you dont want it cut that short" I assured I did-but she wouldnt cut it that way. It was not extreme-even if it was its mine! I am 52 yrs old I think I know what I want. You should try somewhere else. I will not go back

I just recently went to the haircuttery in cobblestone village and had my service done with a woman named Stephanie she was AHHMAZINGG! I had my highlights done and will be returning for a keratin. Best highlights I ever had! She was very knowledgeable and very nice. I felt so comfortable the whole experience. The staff was so friendly and welcoming I will definitely be returning and referring my family to this salon! Ask for Stephanie!

First time getting my haircut in five plus years by someone other than myself, and I gotta say: The girl can cut some hair!!!!! I went in and at first just a wanted a little off the sides and the top, of my already fo, fo-hawk, then decided: "What the he!!, shes the pro, Ill just let her do her thing." Good choice cause it looks great, she was really friendly, and Ill be back in three weeks or so to get it redone or for something else.

Showed the girl 2 pictures of the style i wanted and i might as well showed her pictures of a skinhead on google images because thats the style i ended up getting. And not only did she take off a good year of hair and just buzz my head but she UNEVENLY buzzed my head. Do yourself a favor and cut it yourself, it might look awful but atleast there will be some hair left.

The first time I went was to get my eyebrows done and they did wonderful. Then I went back and got my hair cut couldnt be any happier but their phone manners need some help. I was left on hold for 10 mins then finally Hung up and it took them atleast another 10 to realize I wasnt on the phone anymore

DO NOT go here to get your hair faded!! I am in the military and its a pretty basic haircut but 2 girls tried and both failed. Tomorrow is my first day at a new job and I look ridiculous!!! Either learn the haircut better or dont pretend you know how to do it!!!!

They must be using dull shears on my hair because the more trims I get here, the more split ends I get. Its like a correlational study with a positive correlation: as the number of trims increases, the number of split ends also increases................

It was exactly the cut I wanted by Ivan. Its been a very long time I was this happy and the next day styling myself. I would send friends to the Salon! Cost of cut was checked with Ivan immediately. I usually go to pay somewhere and hold my breath!
