The only reason this gets one star is because my hairdresser was nice.... THATS THE ONLY REASON! Vivian did my hair and .... No way should she be doing this for a living! I came in for a simple cut and a color correction... Had to be stripped then dyed.... she dyed it first, turned my roots orange, then decided to strip it... Which didnt change my hair at all... Then I said "shouldnt my hair be lighter if you stripped it"? She said hmmm idk whats wrong... Then said it was a little lighter and it would be fine... Then she proceeded to dye it AGAIN... And left the product splattering all over my face and arms (didnt wipe it off!!!!) End result... Still left with RED roots! My face is stained with color!!! And my original hair color hasnt changed!!!! Still black except with RED roots! How is this place even still open? Overall opinion... This place is VERY OUTDATED. the chairs are very uncomfortable (especially when you have to sit in it for five hours) The employees are very lazy. And all of them very sloppy looking. I should have turned around when I saw all of this. But I fugured... How can you mess up a solid color? NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO SOMEONE I DONT HAVE GREAT REVIEWS ON

Samantha Orlando is an excellent hairstylist. My haircut and color looks amazing and so is my daughter haircut. Samantha is skillful and professional. My daughter and I have been seeking a hairstylist and we found her. We will definitely return to Regis Salon.
