This place is more friendlier than what Lifestyle Family Fitness never could be (That place is now a Save-A-Lot & some other store.) & anytime I had a question, they were always there to answer it for me. When I feel concern about a specific exercising machine, they seem to be there to either take care of the problem or ease my mind and let me know that its still safe to use. The place is worth every penny for the membership (I pay for the black membership so I can have a 2nd person work out with me free.) and I never had a problem for the last 2 years of working out. For a small fitness place, its better than the previous gym I used to work out at because the employees and customers are more friendlier and you dont have to worry about feeling intimidated. Ive been working out there for possibly 2 years now and I plan to keep working out there for more years to come. Thank you Planet Fitness. :-)

By far the worst Planet Fitness I have been to in all of the south eastern part of this country. The equipment was of low quality and they didnt even have a fraction of the normal ab machines Im used to seeing at other Planet Fitness locations. Aside from that, the employee who was working this morning was extremely rude and was giving me a hard time about just about everything imaginable. She even went so far as to check my bag for goggles for tanning and then tell me that I needed to buy their $5 pair or spend $0.54 for the disposable stickers other locations hand out by the bundle. I pay extra for a black membership to be able go go to any location in this country but the treatment I have received here makes me wonder why Id even bother being a customer any further. I would give no stars if possible.

Everyone here is very friendly, people are there to accomplish goals (not talk), and its a great place for those of us who arent comfortable being around a lot of people while trying to accomplish what sometimes seems impossible. My only complaint is the hours on weekends. They close at 9 on Friday night (which I can pull off if I blast out of work exactly at 7pm), but Saturday and Sunday they close at 7 and thats just insanely early. Theres no way I can get there. In their defense, when I joined, my schedule was different so I never paid attention to the hours. Now, it hurts my progress, due to taking days at a time off, but thats my own problem.

First of all every time I went in there with my wife I could immediately see that front desk is making fun of their members and of us as well they will even look out the tinted windows and laugh at their members if you pay close attention. I overheard one of the girls staff say we can judge behind the desk! The main manager is rude to her members and her staff. The machines are run down and needed retiring long ago. The only part I liked was the friendly members and they had good music . They say that they are a "no judge zone" ... Haaa! The staff there are more judgmental than at any other gym... And yes I could hear you!

A bunch of crooks! This is the worst gym experience Ive ever had. "No commitments no strings attached", YA RIGHT! Somehow I got roped into a contract, the management was very rude and condescending and couldnt help. Even after I directly stated that I didnt authorize any future debits/payments from my account they still put a payment through and were completely unapologetic and refused to do anything to help me out. This place sucks. Too expensive, not worth the trouble, there are better options and gyms with owners and management that actually live by ethics out there.

THE STAFF INCLUDING THE MANAGER IS ALWAYS WELCOMING AND HAVE HELPED ME TREMEDOUSLY, I FIND THE GYM IS ALWAYS SPOTLESS, TANNING IS ALWAYS FUN, BUT REMEMBER YOUR GOGGLES,LOL I FORGET MINE ON OCCASSION AND YOU CANNOT TAN WITHOUT THEM, STATE LAW! PLANET FITNESS IS AWESOME, THEY TAUGHT ME HOW TO USE THEIR EQUIPMENT AT NO CHARGE AND IVE BEEN TO MANY GYMS WHERE THEY CHARGE A FORTUNE TO TEACH YOU ABOUT THE MACHINES. I LOVE IT HERE AND WILL BELONG FOR A VERY LONG TIME! A SPECIAL THANKS TO SAM FOR MAKING MY MORNINGS THERE SO MUCH FUN!!!

I was a member for a year. Staff was always courteous and even helpful. As others have stated, the equipment is NOT rundown. Weve never had an issue. As another review stated it was to expensive. $20 a month? Really? Thats to expensive? If it is, you dont need to be in a gym. Do you expect it to be free? I like the place and would definitely recommend it. I didnt renew due to work schedule, kids and other issues going on. Definitely not the gym.

Worst gym ever. Poor equipment and a management that is extremely rude and unprofessional. Not worth even the 20.00 plus 59.00 joining fee they charge. They advertize 10.00 per month but that is limited to the single club and does not include any of the amenities. They refuse to honor the other planet fitness gym memberships and the manager lies and tells people she owns the club in order to keep them from contacting the owner.

My husband and I are BOTH P.F. members. My husband has a blackcard membership and we travel so he is able to get me in at any PF except this one! Blk Card members can being a guest at no charge anywhere excpt here. They dont care that we are both paying members supporting them. This location sucks.

Being from out of state and no membership card with me...employee Laura gave me an upbeat no worries attitude and handled my challenge by reaching out to my club via phone...she had me working out within minuyes...thx Laura that was customer service at its finest

Up north Planet Fitness is open 24/7 except for Christmas Im down here to be with my father whos in the hospital from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and I cant get a workout on the weekends what a disappointment shame on you. To the owner hire more staff problem solved.

I like the layout. The staff is great and if youre cool to them, theyre cooler to you! I would recommend this because its simple. The members work out well together in the sense of sometimes having to share the machines.. Very happy!

Ive been to several locations, and this also is a great location. They have the hydro massage beds and the staff is super cool. They have alot of members here too. Very social. Hard to remember everyones names :)

Been to other planet fitness locations. This one had comparably nice equipment. But the staff is rude and incredibly mean. They dared me to call corporate. So I did. I DO NOT recommend this location.

Not a bad experience the staff were very friendly. I rated only 3 stars because of the outdated machinery. I will say this. Ill take the extra time and hit the planet fitness on the soithside of town.

Always clean, great staff and always feel comfortable. Definitely worth the 20 a month for the black card for added tanning and use of massage chairs and hydro massage.
