Almost two years ago my wife dragged me into this Crossfit stuff. Now I workout about 5 days a week and have seen a dramatic improvement in my body, confidence and nutrition. The people at this box are phenomenal, no one judges you, everyone does their own thing at their own pace. I dont know how I survived the first 38 years of my life without Crossfit and the athletes/coaches at Spirit. Thank you for changing my life.
