As far as Planet Fitness locations go, this one is exactly what you might expect. No nonsense gym with tanning and massage chairs for black card members. For those of you who dont know, basic membership is only ten bucks a month and the black card membership is 20 and entitles you to a whole lot more stuff. Plus, black card members can bring a guest for free. Overall a great deal. I tend to like PF for its simplicity and cleanliness. I am never crowded in the free weight area and I do like the no grunting policy because that crap is just annoying. *I see you curling those 25lb dumbbells, sweetheart, you dont have to make a ruckus and try to get the girl on the stair climber to think youre swole...because youre not.* -(that was me talking to the lame noisy guys who do this at other gyms). PF takes all that mess out of the equation and handles my light work for me with the lunk alarm, which will go off if someone is making too much noise by grunting or slamming weights. This isnt a house of pain dungeon gym, and youre expected to comply. In my first few visits I have seen the staff be very helpful and friendly to many different members, and they seem to be hardworking as they clean regularly and seem to stay on top of things. If youre looking for a PF, this location will not disappoint. Keep up the good work!

This Planet Fitness is great. The layout is well thought out and creates a lot of space. The PF360 classes they offer are worth the monthly membership alone. The staff here is always great. They only recycle plastics, and dont offer a way to recycle all the paper towels they provide to wipe the machines down with. Also, the restroom/locker rooms are very compact. Sometime you have to wait in line to get back to the changing area during peak hours. No bicycle racks (yet) as of February 2017.

Its like being in a library! No one talks to eachother, the music is non existent, no energy in the building OR with the staff! Ive watched a few of the " personal training" sessions and noticed the instructor is not motivating or even excited to be training. I will be cancelling my membership soon.

Is that a hospital or what? I am going with guest and we had to go back to the cat for ID and then they took all the info and then phone number and then picture and then signature. ...... i am pf member the last 5 years and i am disappointed this is gym NOT a hospital!

Very unhappy, will not visit the Strongsville gym again. I was treated very rudely by the manager that worked in the afternoon, she was very unprofessional and rude..... Obviously she needs to take a Mgmt class!

Love planet fitness! I never feel intimidated or embarrassed when working out there. It keeps me motivated to keep going. The equipment is new, the place is clean, and staff is friendly

Very small gym for the area, already pretty crowded for just opening. I hate being talked to everytime I come in to make them my home gym. I already have one.
