Our problem started about three weeks ago with the kitchen sink not draining. I try at first the manual way to un clog the drain. Went to wal mart and got liquid drain cleaner. I try bottle and brand after brand saying it would work but nothing did. I got a 25 foot snake from home depot and the a fifty foot snake but still no luck after hours and days of trying to get it to work. I even try the vents on the roof but still no luck. I rent a machine from home depot but it would not feed in to the line. Then me and my wife were watching Undercover Boss and the company was Roto Rooter. It was like our prayers were being answer. I had a company come charge me 85 dollar to tell me what I needed but they did not do that. I look on line for Roto Rooter and set up a service call for Tuesday cause my wife has Dialysis on Mon/Wed/Friday and our schedule is busy between work and her Treatment and the transplant waiting list. Theresa called me today and Told me lets get my drain working ASAP and got some body here tonight after Dialysis. I got a call from Summer and asked if we were home and ready. I told her yes and right on schedule the van pull up. Meet a Great Guy named Carey who was Honest and Knowledgeable in his work. Explain everything to us, survey everything and then after we agree went to work. I must say he make what I been trying for three weeks look easy.. Before we knew it he was done and the sink was draining. He washed everything up, tested the sink several times and make sure everything was working and looking nice and clean. Yes, this was a Prayer answer and I am very thankful for the job well done tonight. thank you so much.

Davenport, FL 33837 The absolute best service all the way around I have ever had from any company. My hot water heater blew up and being a newbie homeowner I was terrified. Summer put my mind at ease sending out one of her best plumbers Ron. Not only that but she called to check in on me throughout the entire ordeal. Since my water heater was completely gone they installed a new Rheems tank. They even corrected some of the plumbing errors that had been made by the previous owner. Ron was a trooper and really put up with my endless questioning and need to know how everything works (hey hopefully it doesnt happen ever again but if it does I know who to call and how to turn off everything properly before they get here). He really kept me calmed down and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly and that Id have no further issues. Once finished knowing the hard time Ive been having with contractors they even recommended a restoration company to come out and have a look at some of the repair work I was looking to have done. I simply cannot say enough about this company or how wonderful they were to work with. Any homeowner can tell you about the stress when something goes wrong but if it is a plumbing issue just call Roto Rooter Lakeland Fl. you will not be sorry. Finding an honest company that actually cares about their customers is sooo hard (I know I have been dealing with contractors for months) Roto Rooter is now programmed into my phone and (hopefully not) but should any other plumbing issues arise I know Summer, Ron, and Nishan (store manager) are only a phone call away. Wow! These guys are FAST! My kitchen sink got plugged up and it wasnt the trap and a small 20 snake down the line came back with nothing. Figured it was time to call in the professionals. I called one company just slightly after hours on a Thursday night. Told them is wasnt an emergency since the rest of my drains werent affected. I got the idea that someone would call me back within 30 minutes to schedule an appointment. No one did until the next morning. After 30 minutes with no response from that one company, I decided to pull up Roto-Rooter on the web and I scheduled an appointment. Within 1 MINUTE after submitting my request for service, someone called me to schedule the appointment! 1 minute! Wow! I was seriously impressed. The person who called was polite and professional, taking down the information I provided and then scheduled me for the next morning. Ronnie came out, bright and early in the morning within the window of time I had been told. He was very professional, figured out the problem, set up his equipment very quickly, snaked the line and voila! I was back in the dishwashing business. He gave me some enzymes (no chemicals or acid) to help keep the problem under control until I can get the pipes cleaned. Very happy with the service, very pleased that he was concerned with the overall health of the pipes under the foundation and I definitely recommend them for your plumbing and problems. Fast, professional, and the job was fully done.

A Huge Thank you to Roto-Rooter for having after hours service! We had a back up in both of our bathrooms at once that caused flooding from the toilets and showers, extending to the bedrooms. Being in a panic and exhausted from plunging with absolutely no results, I started calling everyone in the google online plummer list, and leaving messages with many plumbers. I saved Roto-Rooter for the last call for fear of high pricing, But out of the many calls I made to the others, they ended up being the only ones to return my call. After I put in my request to the answering service, it was within 10 minuets when the service teck called and about 40 minuets till he arrived at my home. When Carey the teck came out, He was very professional and friendly. Carey then proceeded to assess the situation. He told us the cost and I was a little shocked at the price and relieved, I really thought it was going to be more upward to a thousand or more especially for the late night call. My husband is a quadriplegic and has been in the hospital several times within the last 2 and a half years and we are very short on funds at this time, so when something like this needs tending to because its a necessity and for health reasons it really takes a hard bite. We are grateful to this company and Carey for getting us fixed and for being available when in need, and having reasonable pricing. Awesome Company and wonderful customer service!

I was in a bad bind a really bad bind and I called Roto Rooter in the evening. I did not have alot of money but needed their services ASAP! The answering service picked up and Nishan called me back within just a few minutes. I made the decision to wait until the morning to save some $$$ and he talked to me about a few really good options that I had so that I could think it over before the next morning. A technician showed up in the morning by then name of Andrea whom was very kind. I was upset because of the fees and some misunderstandings that I may have had and contacted the technician that I spoke with the night before Nishan and he drove all the way to my house within minutes of our conversation to personally explain things to me so that I understood everything the way that he tried to explain it to me the night before. They were both very pleasant and I got to see the best Hands on Customer Service that you just dont get to see much anymore these days. I am not sure if Roto Rooter is a family owned and operated shop or not but if not it certainly felt that way. I would recommend their services to anyone at anytime over anyone Period They are by far the best people I have ever dealt with and I feel 2nd to NONE! I am not sure if Nishan is the boss or not but if not he certainly should be and if he is already then he deserves a raise! Thank you Roto Rooter!!!!
