Jimmy is awesome. Did a complete replacement from galvanized to PEC. new faucets, bathroom and was done in 4hrs. Friendly and very efficient and knowledgeable workers and listened to your needs and wants. Excellent pricing compared to others in the Tri-City area. I have no problem recommending A+ to others and will do if the need arises and will use A+ again. Thanks Jimmy and crew.

First, they answer the phone. A feat in and of itself compared to the competition. Second, showed up within an hour. Third, fixed the problem they were called for in an hour. Fourth, found and fixed another big unknown problem. Fifth, answered everyone of my stupid questions and explained things such that even I could understand. Will use again but will ask smarter questions.

Responsive and reliable. My experience with them was very good. They showed up on schedule or called when delayed. Reasonable prices for good quality work and better than standard materials. I have called on them three times and had good experience each time. I liked their trustworthiness; keeping promises for construction companies is rare.

Fast, friendly service at a reasonable price. They saved a great deal of money on our bathroom by fixing a problem for a few dollars that a previous plumber quoted a complete replacement. All our questions were answered with a smile. We couldnt be more pleased. And yes, we will definitely use them again.

Called on a weekend and they were able to schedule an appointment for Monday. Tech called me first thing in the morning and came by shortly after. The tech had all the tools and fittings with him to complete my job. Great service, prepared, and quick. Price was not too bad. I would recommend.

A Plus responded within a day for a non-emergency. The plumber quickly went about diagnosing the problem, went for the part, and replaced the failed part. This was an outdoor issue with a transfer tank. The charge was fair - Labor and part. Would highly recommend.

These guys were amazing. We had a pressure switch on our low pressure tank go out. They were out in just a few hours, even earlier than they said they would be. Very nice! Best prices for all the places I called. Would use them again!
