This particular vendor did some work at my house several years ago. After a recent pump outage, we realized that the assembly of the PVC pipe was not done correctly. Specifically, they did not glue together the PVC pipe that connected to a sub pump. That being said, I contacted the owner and asked that there be come accountability and ownership for this problem. After he visited my house and admitted that they did not put together the assembly correctly, I provided several methods of “making good” that would have corrected the situation in my mind. This is where the main area of concern should be for anyone considering using this vendor. The last conversation that I had with the owner resulted in me being yelled at and accusing me of trying to get something for free. I paid the invoice for the work in full promptly. They did not deliver the solution correctly, and did not feel they had any accountability. Call someone else and save yourself the trouble.
