I prefer to give 0 stars. They used to care. Lazy is best description now. I have stayed home many days thinking they would show up and they dont. Original service call got ignored. I called again 3 days later & he asked if I had an appt! I told him I thought I did Tuesday and on Friday, no call or show for service. He came then and he worked on it about an hour or so. Said it would cost $300 to fix. I paid him the $300, and its not fixed, its a month later in 2 days. Many calls in since. Ive had to cancel open houses and I had explained time is running out for me with great urgency. Ive called 4-5 times since and even called the person that recommended him to me. Hoping it would get his Butt busy. He needs to finish it immediately or return my money so I can pay somebody that cares!

I used to rely on these guys. They would tackle any plumbing job. Now they dont even return calls, even if they answer the phone and promise to call back. I can tell by the guys voice that he giving the brush off and has no intention of getting back to me. These are the same guys who say "no job is too small".

The first review on here that says "awesome profesional" is by an employee. I hired them a few years back. They never showed up or even called. I missed a day of work. We rescheduled and they did it again. Wasted two days of my time. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!! DO NOT HIRE!!
