I cant tell you how many horrible plumbing and heating companies I know. This is absolutely not one of them. I love the fact that they are 100% honest, they show you what the problem is, how to prevent it going forward and give you best/worst case scenario. I have to say THANK YOU for giving me repair options vs. replacing, its an unnecessary expense no homeowner wants to have to deal with so when a good honest company tells you hey you can spend a little money now and we can fix it so you dont have to replace it or if you prefer well quote options for both. Love the advice about how to clean my drain line and what filters work best I agree the $20.00 one from home depot one is more expensive but im changing it less often and our allergies are much better. THANKS SO MUCHHHHHHHHHHHHH KEITH and SHELLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Prompt and on time, nice work, but something wrong when an A O Smith electric water heater has a 6 year warranty, and it has to be replaced in 3 years and the cost is over $400. I was told that this is the common industry practice that the labor is only covered under the first year of the warranty. After that the water heater product is "covered" under the warranty, but the labor is not covered. Oh by the way I had to pay an Additional $64 because the original model water heater by A O Smith is no longer available so they charged me for an "upgrade". Not happy with warranty coverage where I had to pay $400+ on something I shouldnt have to worry about for 6 years.

Love Raymond Heating And Plumbing! Weve had experience with Colten for plumbing involving propane heating in our greenhouses, air conditioning in our home and a new hot water tank. All Within one year! The service has been incredible. Arriving on time and acting in a professional manner!

I called for an important estimate the gentleman I spoke with was brief, rude and very unhelpful. I was suppose to receive a call back and never did. These people pick and choose jobs. They are not about their customer by any means. They are discriminatory
