My experience was not very good. Called their representative, Steve several times as he asked to have a water line moved and he never called. They were to come on Monday which they didnt..not even a call or text... I finally got in contact with Steve and he commented he never received the calls or voice message. This cost me a vacation day to stay home. I would caution anyone using this company, especially Steve...

Great experience. He showed up on time. Im always uncomfortable with plumbers all charging by the hour. Have had previous ones drag their feet. He was very quick and efficient. Gave me an exact total up front and knocked out quite a bit. The price was very fair and by far the best price Ive gotten from this or past plumbers for the work done. And he cleaned up really well. I would recommend these guys to anybody!

Great Service. Although it wasnt an emergency, he was here just a couple of hours after I called and requested service. He worked quickly, fixed the toilet issue and even went the extra mile and asked if I wanted him to check the other toilets in the house to see if they, too, were going to start having issues any time soon. Will definitely call them again in the future.

Had and appointment on one day and no one ever showed up, I finally called and they said the person went home sick, but I never got a call. Then a very nice young man showed up the next day, did a great job. Only problem was I was given a quote of around $ 250.00 and my bill came to $ 421.40. I will not be using Leto again.
