Beware of this company no matter what kind of plumbing needs might have!!! The people working for this company do not a have valid driving license. Some have suspended drivers license from having DUIs. They drink on the job while their supervisor supplys the beer to the job site. None of them can pass a drug test as the smoke marijuana daily and then get behind the wheel. We are at risk! I am reaching out to whoever reads this so we can take caution if you see one of their vehicles on the road. I can guarantee you if the company wants to prove me wrong and give the employees a drug test that would be awesome. But Im sure more that half of the company would be fired unless they sweep it under the rug. Some of the employees are stealing materials (bathtub, pipe etc)from this company and doing side jobs. I would love for the owners to reach out to me so I could let them know what is really going on with their company. This is the only company I know of that doesnt require a drug test upon being hired. It truly is a shame.

These people are the biggest rip off artists ever. Please do not call them for anything. They came to my house and put in a temporary sewer line that was broken by my pool company. Charged me $725. I went and got other estimates from 2 other plumbing companies because I thought that was extremely high and the other companies would have done the work for only $250-300. RJ Kielty plumbing even new they did wrong when I called and explained this because they changed there price to $500. The plumber that came to my house had to come back twice because he left his tablet on the back hitch and lost it when he went to get supplies the first time. They overcharged me because it took this plumber 3-4 hours to do a 1-2 hour job not to mention Im probably paying for the lost tablet. You have to live with yourself, its a shame that a company has to do that to innocent people.

East bound, riving down a rural road outside of Balm, FL, one of these repair trucks began tailgating me. I was driving at 7 am in the morning at 65 mph on a road that was posted 55 mph, on my way to work. I could not see anything in my re-view mirror, except head light. The driver started flashing his "high beams" at me, despite the fact I was already 10 mph over the speed limit. This went on for more that 5 minutes. There was occasional oncoming traffic, so I slowed down to 50 mph so the driver could pass. He passed, but intentionally pulled over into my lane before he passed me to cut me off. Clear case of road rage, the worst case I have seen in years. Considering the drivers actions, I would never contract with a company that hires drivers with such anger issues.

Terrible. I had a blockage on Saturday night, so I was ok with the guy coming out in the morning at 10am on Sunday. He showed up 1.5 hours late, and he was dispatched from a location 80 miles from my house. He was very rude, reminded me of his other jobs he had to do today, told me it would be expensive, and failed to find the clean out cap after 1.5 hours of looking. After I contacted the builder of my home, he came out and found it immediately. The service tech then was very argumentative with the builder and was generally rude. The problem was fixed, but not after a lot of complaining, making me feel bad for even calling to fix the problem. If you can use another service, do so. Its not worth your frustration.

One of the worst support service I faced in recent times. R J Kielty is the vendor for Air Conditioning as well as plumbing for my house. While reaching out to them on 4 occasions, they were irregular in scheduling the appointment on 3 times. They scheduled for 8 AM to 12 PM and by 11:50 they called me to reschedule for another day. The same thing happened thrice and they fixed the issue after 12 days. Currently I am waiting for 9 days for an issue with no acknowledgement for my request. I am giving 1 star for the quality work their technicians did at my home. Excluding that I am totally dissatisfied with everything on their support.

5 - Star service! We had two plumbing issues that needed immediate attention & had called a different company who started the first repair but, after 5 hours, did a terrible job, part of which was against code. After multiple calls & waiting nearly two weeks for them to come back we called RJ Kielty. Not only did they show up the day of the appointment but the Tech August, had a pricing book and quickly gave us an accurate quote & got the job done promptly & efficiently. Will definitely call for any future plumbing needs! THANK YOU to R.J. Kielty Plumbing and particularly, the tech August for a job VERY well done!

Extremely disappointed. Was charged $141 for a service call - My AC drainage line drains slowly and backs up into the unit, forcing it to shut off. Call Kielty and explained my problem, and they sent a technician out to address it. Technician arrived and I explained the problem. He responded immediately that they would not or could not fix that problem (cant remember which), but it could not be fixed. He put a little anti-algae pill in the overflow line and left. That cost me $141. For a little anti algae pill. Unbelievable.

Just had a major plumbing issue this Saturday afternoon; a pipe was broken inside the concrete wall behind a hose bib on our home. Called RJ Kielty and George arrived when promised. George was competent and courteous and repaired our broken pipe with great care to make sure it was done right. I highly recommend these guys, will call them when the need arises again (hopefully will not need to) Be sure to ask for George!

Lifesavers! After the hurricane when most businesses were closed, I spotted their truck outside my neighbors house and asked them to help me with the plumbing at my house.
