I had a very poor experience with Gideons & Greco Plumbing and would not recommend their services. They installed a water softener at my home. Their attention to detail was less than desirable. They left holes in the concrete of the home. A discharge line that was supposed to be buried was not which eventually caused some of the plants in my property to die. The guy who installed it did not provide any training on how to set up the unit. And they charged my credit card twice for the work, which I had to get them to rectify later on. Definitely would not recommend their services to any one.

We have a lift station overflowing. This plumbing outfit wants their phone number on the cabinet but when asked to find a solution to an extended power outage they reverse their stance to make it so the homeowner is at fault. All that is being asked of them is to call a VAC. Truck until power is restored instead they would like to waste everyones time standing aside and doing nothing, Im sorry to even have that phone number on the cabinet. DEP and EPA found this story fascinating. Please be careful who is watching over your equipment.

Will admit as a caveat: I was naturally expecting to get screwed when the feed line from the street to the house burst because of a previous owners poor repair work. A plumber came out, assessed the situation, explained the problem, the steps needed to rectify it, got to work, answered my questions, finished quickly and with high quality, and best of all charged me a fair buck for a fair job done. I can say when I need a plumber in an emergency I will look to Gideons & Greco to be reliable, honest and professional.

I just had my supply lines in my whole house repiped by Gideons & Greco Plumbing. I have used them for my business for several years and they have always done very good work. Naturally, they were the first company I called when I decided to repipe. I also priced out 4 other companies and Gideons was one of the fairest offers. I was very impressed by their work, and I was equally impressed that they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Gideons & Greco Plumbing.

We were taken to the cleaners a couple of times before we found Gideons & Greco. Most recently when we had a toilet back-up in our house and it cost a small fortune for another plumber to spend about 3 minutes "fixing the problem." A month later we had the problem again and G&G spent close to an hour finding and fixing the real problem while charging less. We have used them several times since as have many of our friends.

I found Gideon Plumbing a few years ago after getting scammed by another plumbing company. I called Gideons and they did a great job and they priced their services fairly. I have since used their services a number of times, (most recently today) and I really appreciate the way they do business, I would strongly recommend Gideon Plumbing.

Over the past 5 years, weve had Gideons & Greco plumbers out 3 or 4 times. Each time, issues resolved quickly and the fellows were pleasant and capable. The only thing better would have been free. :) Will continue to use them and recommend to friends & family.

Gideons and Greco came highly recommended from two different people I know. The bath tub, shower, & toilets were over flowing with water. The problem was fixed quickly. I would recommend using this company.
